Role Description As an Inside Sales Professional, you'll engage prospects and clients through consultative conversations that uncover needs and lead to sales growth. By uncovering needs, identifying opportunities, and facilitating or closing sales, you'll play a key role in driving growth while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, virtual environment. Qualifications - High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Marketing, Technical Field, or Business preferred. - 3+ years in outbound B2B/B2B2C sales; building products industry experience (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) strongly preferred. - Skilled in Aircall, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc., or similar platforms. - Strong ability to move seamlessly between multiple windows and programs. - Excellent verbal and written skills. - Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Multilingual abilities are a plus and may support expanded client engagement opportunities, though not required. - Proven ability and eagerness to build relationships, identify opportunities, handle objections, and close business. - Ability to interact politely and effectively with customers, fellow employees, and business partners. - Motivated to hit and exceed goals, thrive under pressure, and adapt to evolving sales strategies. - Must maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate client and account requirements. • Audit and produce a remediation plan for the legacy DMP servers • Diagnose and resolve performance issues • Enhance monitoring and alerting through SolarWinds • Work with senior services architect on database layer design for the modern platform

• Responsible for training the team on account-related topics and supporting linqd with application and data management training. • The knowledge level of the sales reps is the accountability of the Sales Manager. • If gaps are identified, the Sales Manager is responsible for coordinating instruction and training design with the Training Specialist. • Coordinate a structured plan and schedule with the Training Specialist to onboard new hires. • Develop effective call guides/scripts and monitor campaign and list penetration. • Always ensure there is the proper level of support and clear communication across all accounts. • Responsible for pulling data from various platforms and providing feedback and insights. • Using the data to define the required action plan and managing team members through the actions to achieve the desired goals. • Involvement in industry-related activities and events (webinars and tradeshows) and visiting customer facilities. • Championing quality: ensuring call quality meets company and client standards. • Conduct ongoing performance coaching sessions to understand job expectations and goals and document performance concern areas.

• Support the day-to-day execution of key HR and Finance operations • Work closely with HR and Finance leadership to ensure processes run accurately and efficiently • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational consistency • Support activities related to recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, payroll coordination, and offboarding • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance • Maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and pipeline tracking • Maintain employee records in HRIS and personnel files • Review time and attendance records for accuracy • Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and payroll updates • Enter financial data in Microsoft Business Central or similar systems • Support account reconciliations and reporting
• The Creative Director oversees the creative department and the concepting, storytelling/messaging and user experience of all linqd. and client brand, product, or program creative executions. • Lead a team of creative professionals and work collaboratively with account management teams to understand the client's strategic brief. • Involved in every aspect of client creative from the idea phase to the execution. • Supervise and guide all creative staff, internal or freelance, to create a work such as brand concept, websites, digital ad campaigns, written communication, or email campaign. • Responsible for the development of the creative team’s processes, planning, monitoring workload/budgets, and establishing best practices.
