Manages an associate team to ensure the effective delivery of operational support, service, custom development, software vendor management, and project results. Oversee the design, implementation, integration, enhancement, and support of systems and applications supporting Real-Time Payments (RTP), Trade Finance, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Insurance, and other critical business functions. Partners with peers, senior management, business units, software vendors, and associate teams to align initiatives, projects, and technology solutions with broader organizational goals while ensuring operational stability, regulatory compliance, and business growth. We seek an experienced Software Development Engineering Manager to join our Payment Technologies Solutions team to provide technical leadership on strategic projects. You’ll develop an A-team with a culture of performance, recognition, and collaboration.
