Role Description The FICO IT team is part of LS&Co’s IT Corporate functions organization and represents finance requirements/interests on projects involving the company’s ERP system. The team is responsible primarily for the implementation of S4 HANA in markets not already using S4. For markets already live on S4/ECC, the team supports the identification and implementation of new system functionality to improve existing global or regional finance business operations; and supports new IT projects that impact finance business processes. Candidate with good functional knowledge in SAP FICO and who can exploit the best use of these modules in the most effective, efficient way. The Vice President, Global Brand Experience is responsible for defining and delivering a globally consistent, compelling omnichannel brand experience with a strong focus on Direct-to-Consumer (retail and digital). This leader will elevate our global brand positioning through innovative store design, best-in-class visual merchandising, and powerful product storytelling across all markets and store formats. You will shape how consumers experience our brand - from windows and flagships to digital touchpoints - ensuring we show up as a true lifestyle destination wherever we operate. Reporting to the CMO, this leader will blend creativity with operational rigor, driving brand elevation, DTC productivity, and sustainable revenue growth at scale. About the Job - Develop and oversee a globally consistent and compelling omnichannel brand experience across physical and digital channels. - Lead the evolution of store design concepts, layouts, and fixtures to elevate brand expression and improve store productivity. - Define and drive a global visual merchandising strategy that amplifies “big ideas,” strengthens category storytelling, and reinforces lifestyle positioning. - Champion best-in-class VM execution across key markets, cities, and store formats — including flagship and high-visibility environments. - Partner upstream with Merchandising and cross-functional teams to ensure brand experience is embedded throughout the go-to-market process. - Extend brand principles across select wholesale environments to ensure consistent and elevated presentation beyond owned channels. - Build strong global alignment across regional teams to deliver consistent execution at scale. - Manage external vendors and agency partners to ensure quality, innovation, and operational excellence. Key Qualifications - Proven experience developing global brand positioning and visual merchandising strategies and guidelines. - Demonstrated success elevating brand perception and improving store productivity through innovative store design, layouts, and fixtures. - Deep omnichannel expertise across retail and digital environments. - Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence diverse global stakeholders. - Track record of driving consistent execution at scale across multiple markets and store formats. - Global vendor management experience. - Strong product storytelling capability. - Deep understanding of product, consumer insights, and market trends. - High retail acuity and strong commercial acumen. - Experience in retail apparel preferred. - Background in merchandising, product, design, retail marketing or digital visual merchandising is a plus. This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs. The expected starting salary range for this role is $350,000-$385,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs. Levi Strauss & Co.
