Role Description We're looking for a Linux System Administrator to help build, monitor, maintain, automate, and support our rapidly growing hosting infrastructure, powering over 7 million websites across more than 1,500 physical servers globally. In this fast-moving environment, you'll work alongside experienced system and software engineers, tackling real challenges that impact millions of customers daily. You will dig deep, constantly learn, and gain knowledge to become the next top-level talent. Your day-to-day: - Participate in shift rotation to respond to product infrastructure alerts and incidents. - Monitor product infrastructure issues with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Graylog and have full access to the infrastructure. - Work on regular product infrastructure maintenance, debugging, enhancing, and development tasks. - Document actions so your findings turn into repeatable actions - and then into automation. - Optimize and implement automation on multiple projects with Ansible. - Implement new and improve current services using Python, Bash, or other tools most suitable for the task. Qualifications - Fluent in English to work in a global team. - Experience with Linux system administration, coupled with a passion for monitoring and monitoring-driven operations. - Practical knowledge of using Bash commands to debug logs, service outputs, and network/firewall issues. - An insatiable appetite for learning and becoming innovative. - Team player mindset with a go-for-it attitude and the ability to collaborate and communicate asynchronously. - Nice-to-have skills: Capability to script with Python, PHP, Bash, Go, or other programming languages. • Supports the design, development, and performance of the Workday HCM system - Recruiting preferred. • Leads and/or participates in design discussions to define user requirements and translate them to solutions, advising users on best practices and cross functional dependencies. • Builds and maintains custom reports and dashboards for cross functional partners. • Analyzes data flow, processes, and configuration to recommend enhancement that will increase quality and efficiency. • Provides troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions and modifying back-end configurations. • Supports the deployment and testing of configuration changes. • Assists in leading Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, and Benefits processes (including Advanced Compensation and Open Enrollment).

• Assist in incident response activities, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action implementation • Monitor systems performance, availability, and reliability, identifying trends and proactively addressing potential issues • Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, software applications, patches, and updates across server and infrastructure environments • Execute standard systems administration tasks including system builds, upgrades, configuration changes, and troubleshooting • Partner with security teams to implement and maintain system security controls, access management, and compliance requirements • Support disaster recovery, backup, and recovery procedures in line with established standards • Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and support infrastructure‑related initiatives • Follow established change, incident, and problem management processes
