• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients • Establish and demonstrate exceptional industry and regulatory knowledge through onsite field audits, employee trainings, and regulatory interaction • Minimize risk to increase profitability for the client • Organize a quarterly visit schedule to maximize travel efficiency • Prepare various compliance documentation as needed • Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring accident prevention programs and policies • Communicate and implement environmental management compliance systems • Support the ongoing growth of the company by performing exceptional customer service and documenting referrals or sales leads per year • Promote productive relationships with dealer group management for KPA clients and State Dealer Association Management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Safety Studies, or related disciplines preferred.
- Three years of Environmental Health & Safety experience preferred.
- Must have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to speak publicly, in forums of up to 300 audience members at times.
- Ability to seek out and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders at our client organizations.
- Proven background in building and working with collaborative teams
- Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and effectively and professionally deal with customers and external contacts to the Company
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, Microsoft Outlook, and phone/tablet applications
- Must have the ability to travel overnight a total of around 1-2 weeks per quarter

Role Description The Statement of Purpose (SOP) is a critical element of graduate school applications. IRT Scholars applying to 7-12 programs must draft and refine multiple school-specific SOPs. To support this work, the Institute for Recruitment of Teachers (IRT) hires External SOP Advisors, often alumni, to assist scholars in drafting, revising, and finalizing SOPs, as well as other application materials including writing samples, resumes/CVs, and personal history statements. External SOP Advisors are temporary, part-time employees of Phillips Academy Andover. Advisors work with IRT Scholars during the Fall SOP Advising period, an eight-week engagement running from September to November. Advisors are expected to introduce themselves to assigned scholars, hold initial meetings, and complete onboarding and training during July. • Execute installations within scheduled access windows coordinated by the operations team, using proper lockout/tagout procedures to stop the elevator safely, ensuring all work is completed on time and elevator service is fully restored upon completion • Install digital screens inside elevator cabs and lobbies using mounting methods that are fully non-invasive — the only interface with the elevator is a single power connection; no modifications to mechanical, electrical control, or safety systems of any kind • Ensure all installations comply with ASME A17.1 cab interior requirements and NYC DOB standards, with zero impact on elevator certification or inspection status • Assess each elevator cab prior to installation to confirm that screen placement, cable management, and mounting hardware meet code requirements and will not trigger re-inspection obligations • Route and manage power connections cleanly and professionally, maintaining full separation from elevator control and operational wiring • Work with building staff to coordinate access as needed; familiarity with building protocols and elevator maintenance vendors is a plus • Troubleshoot screen hardware, power connections, and content delivery systems post-installation • Maintain detailed installation records for each property, including photos, cab dimensions, mounting specifications, and completion documentation
