• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for ServiceNow CSM. • Analyze current customer service processes and identify areas for improvement. • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation. • Configure and support ServiceNow CSM modules, including case management, knowledge management, and self-service portals. • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions. • Ensure solutions align with business goals and ServiceNow best practices. • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and documentation.

• Collaborate with Project teams / Stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Ariba solutions. • Design, configure, and implement SAP Ariba modules, including Procure-to-Order (P2O), Supplier Performance and Sourcing, Contracts Management, and others as required. • Customize SAP Ariba applications to align with the member firm procurement processes and business rules. • Provide technical expertise in SAP Ariba Buying (Downstream) solutions, including configuration, integration, approval flow setup. • Working experience in SAP Ariba Contract Management, SLP, Sourcing is good to have. • Good experience in working with Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) to track / solve integration issues. • Analyze and optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing any issues or concerns related to the SAP Ariba platform. • Create and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.

• Responsible for developing and maintaining SAP HANA-based reports and information models, supporting finance domain reporting requirements, and ensuring high-quality delivery and ongoing enhancements. • Create new reports based on HANA views and table functions on HANA Cloud. • Provide post-implementation support including bug fixes, enhancements, and upgrades for existing reports. • Support end-users and troubleshoot issues related to existing reports. • Collaborate with various teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement report designs in the Finance domain across SAP modules such as FI, CO, HR, MM, and BI.

• Design, develop, and execute data quality test cases to validate data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes • Monitor and trigger data pipelines, ensuring smooth execution and timely data delivery • Run and maintain data quality scripts to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and data integrity issues • Perform data profiling and validation across multiple data sources and targets • Collaborate with data engineers to implement data quality checks at various stages of the pipeline • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for data anomalies and pipeline failures • Troubleshoot pipeline failures and data quality issues, working to resolve them efficiently • Document data quality standards, testing procedures, and validation results • Generate data quality reports and communicate findings with engineering teams • Develop automated testing frameworks to improve data quality validation efficiency • Focus primarily on validating and assuring quality of existing pipelines (not building full pipelines)

• Deliver instructor-led training on SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and Fiori Architecture • Design and customize training content, presentations, lab exercises, and case studies • Conduct hands-on sessions covering UX402, UX403, and UX410 • Guide learners through real-time project scenarios and best practices • Evaluate participant performance through assignments, assessments, and projects • Stay updated with the latest SAP Fiori and S/4HANA innovations • Support academic or corporate training initiatives as required • Trainer will be required to travel to colleges to deliver training sessions

• Define enterprise architecture and AI strategy leveraging Now Assist across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and enterprise workflows. • Architect and optimize conversational AI solutions using Now Assist Virtual Agent, including advanced dialog orchestration and GenAI-based interactions. • Design and implement Agentic AI frameworks for autonomous workflow execution and multi-step reasoning use cases. • Lead implementation and optimization of Predictive Intelligence and Task Intelligence models including classification, clustering, similarity, regression, and recommendation engines. • Establish AI governance, monitoring, compliance, and lifecycle management strategies using AI Control Tower. • Architect secure, scalable, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. • Provide technical leadership for AI model validation, prompt engineering standards, hallucination mitigation, and bias controls. • Lead integrations with external AI/ML platforms, LLM providers, and enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs. • Define CI/CD strategies, DevOps automation, and release governance for AI deployments. • Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and platform optimization. • Mentor developers, QA teams, and administrators on AI best practices and ServiceNow architectural standards. • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business outcomes and ROI objectives. • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SPM / ITBM modules • Work with stakeholders to manage strategic planning, demand, and portfolio management processes • Define and document requirements for investment planning, project portfolio management, and financial planning • Support implementation and configuration of SPM capabilities such as: Demand Management, Project & Portfolio Management (PPM), Investment Funding & Financial Management, Resource & Capacity Planning • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows • Perform data analysis to support portfolio prioritization and decision-making • Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution • Create dashboards and reports for executive-level portfolio visibility • Ensure alignment of SPM solutions with organizational strategy and governance models • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
