Business Analyst – SPM

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SPM / ITBM modules • Work with stakeholders to manage strategic planning, demand, and portfolio management processes • Define and document requirements for investment planning, project portfolio management, and financial planning • Support implementation and configuration of SPM capabilities such as: Demand Management, Project & Portfolio Management (PPM), Investment Funding & Financial Management, Resource & Capacity Planning • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows • Perform data analysis to support portfolio prioritization and decision-making • Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution • Create dashboards and reports for executive-level portfolio visibility • Ensure alignment of SPM solutions with organizational strategy and governance models • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM / ITBM)
- Strong understanding of portfolio, program, and project management concepts
- Experience with SPM tools/platforms (e.g., ServiceNow SPM, Clarity PPM, Planview, or similar)
- Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and cost models
- Experience in resource management and capacity planning
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile, SAFe, or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Role Description As a Deal Desk Analyst you will be responsible for assisting Origami's Sales and Account Management teams in navigating complex internal and/or external requirements to structure mutually beneficial agreements with prospects and clients. Starting base pay for this role is between $64,800 and $81,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
