• Architect distributed backend services and APIs, defining patterns for microservices, caching, queuing, resiliency, and error handling. • Design and maintain data pipelines following the medallion architecture, building and optimizing ETL/ELT workflows that ingest, transform, and serve data at scale. • Write high-quality, production-ready code and integrate with external APIs, cloud services, and internal microservices. • Implement secure authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and multi-tenant access controls across services. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code environments, leading code reviews and ensuring high engineering standards. • Implement tracing, structured logging, metrics, and alerting, optimizing services for latency, concurrency, and reliability. • Mentor engineers, contribute to internal libraries and backend frameworks, and drive consistency across the platform.

• Collaborate with teams to implement and enhance automated testing frameworks for our applications, ensuring they meet current and future business needs. • Help design, develop, and maintain automated test suites, ensuring comprehensive test coverage across APIs, data management, and UI components. • Contribute to consolidating and standardizing existing testing strategies by integrating legacy manual testing processes into a unified automated framework to streamline the quality assurance workflow. • Conduct thorough testing with a deep understanding of the product’s business use cases, ensuring the user interface meets functional and non-functional requirements. • Develop detailed test plans and execute a range of testing types, including performance, security, regression, and exploratory testing, to ensure the robustness and reliability of software products. • Work closely with agile teams to translate business requirements into well-defined test cases. • Actively participate in developing and executing automated and exploratory tests to ensure high-quality software releases.

• Provide technical support to client teams, manage expectations with clear timelines and next steps, prioritize the workload, and anticipate client needs to maximize satisfaction and value. • Lead regular strategic meetings, gather and act on client feedback, and maintain detailed documentation and reporting to ensure strong client health, accountability, and continuous improvement across Data Solutions and reporting teams. • Own the integration of multiple data inputs into data models via an API bridge and automated reporting systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with technical standards. • Develop and approve KPI solutions, perform regression testing for all changes, validate dashboard accuracy, and conduct in-depth data exploration to support evolving requirements and inform Business Intelligence development. • Develop and present dashboard wireframes, collaborate with Data Governance on quality assurance, and oversee functional and data quality testing to ensure robust, reliable solutions. • Lead dashboard troubleshooting with technical teams and take full ownership of secure data exports to external users, ensuring strict compliance with data security standards and protocols.
