• Design system Complete and document what exists — turning a partially built system into a rigorous, scalable reference with master templates in Figma for every format we use. • Design and production Landing pages, pitch decks, producer presentations, investor materials, social content, and email campaigns — produced to a standard that reflects where Corkified is going. • AI-powered workflow Use AI tools actively across everything: copy, imagery, layout, production, and automation. Bring a point of view on which tools matter and help raise the team's creative output as a result. • Communications Own LinkedIn and other channels — strategy, writing, design, scheduling. Write and publish blog posts and long-form content. Plan and execute email campaigns from brief to send. • Brand guardianship Be the final eye before anything is published. Brief external suppliers when needed. Make sure the brand holds as the team grows.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years across design, brand, and communications — agency and in-house experience both valued
  • Demonstrable experience building or completing a design system, not just working within one
  • Expert in Figma. Comfortable in Photoshop.
  • Fluent with AI tools in a creative workflow
  • Knowledge of the wine industry or wine is a plus
  • Writes professionally in both English and Portuguese
  • Copywriting ability — you can produce a landing page, a campaign email, or a blog post that does not need to be rewritten
  • Independent, high quality bar, comfortable with early-stage pace

Title: Communications Support Writer - Editor Location: Fully Remote-United States Job Description: Communications Support Writer/Editor Job Type Part-time Description Overview Tanaq Support Services (TSS) delivers professional, scientific, and technical services and information technology (IT) solutions to federal agencies in health, agriculture, technology, and other government services. TSS is a subsidiary of the St. George Tanaq Corporation, an Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC) committed to serving Federal customers while also giving back to the Tanaq native community and shareholders. About the Role We are seeking a Writer/Editor to provide Communications support to our federal client. The individual in this role will support client initiatives by developing and delivering clear, science-based communications—including web content, training materials, and policy messaging—while ensuring alignment with infection control guidelines, risk-communication best practices, and plain-language standards. The role will also participate in outreach, digital content, and stakeholder engagement efforts. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States. This is a part-time position working 15 hours per week. Responsibilities - Write and edit public health content, including materials for infection control guidelines and recommendation efforts, training resources, web content, policy statements, and reports based on the agency's communications format. - Collaborate with communications, policy, and scientific staff to create educational materials, talking points, promotional materials, blog content, policy statements, reports, public presentations, and other online content; ensure that all materials are based in science and are audience-appropriate. - Coordinate major announcements or awareness efforts; collaborate with key communications, web, and media staff to ensure successful dissemination. - Collaborate with Agency Communication Services or communications partners to create graphics, video, and images to convey information. - Develop the source material and messages from which creative partners can craft appropriate infographics, videos, posters, etc., with key messages and calls to action identified. - Coordinates with staff across the agency and external partners to promote agency guidelines and recommendations; maintains external partner relationships to ensure the agency has these connections during an outbreak. - Ensure consistency of all messages and materials with other agency and partner recommendations. - Ensure that all communications materials follow best practices in health education, risk communication, and plain language by adhering to the agency's communications policies and format. - Assist with formative research and coordination of gathering, organizing, and editing metrics. Analyze and extrapolate solutions after reviewing data. - Create, review, or work with agency graphics staff to produce compelling content for reports, presentations, website content, social media outreach, policy and partnership outreach, etc. - Participates in meetings as representative of the DHQP communications team and provides meeting updates/summary to relevant team members. - Assists in triaging and developing responses to DHQP inquiries to CDC-INFO. - Proactively identifies, researches, and resolves problems or issues; participates in team strategy sessions to discuss solutions. Role Description This position is with the Global Strategic Communications Council (GSCC), a global network of communications professionals in the field of climate, energy and nature. GSCC is a programme hosted by the Meliore Foundation. We're looking for an innovative and experienced Poland Desk Associate, Strategic Communications and Campaigns. The right candidate will have a unique combination of skills and want to play a major role in tackling climate change and galvanising action, helping to speed up the energy transition in Poland, Europe, and beyond. Overall we are a 25 person Europe wide team of campaigners, media and digital experts who use strategic communications to get climate action to the top of the political agenda. GSCC team members devise and deliver campaigns, and give strategic advice, communications and outreach support to partners. We work as part of a global network of communications experts to enhance the public debate on climate change and its solutions on a broader level. The work will involve designing and implementing digital campaigns and maintaining trusted relationships with key journalists and stakeholders in Poland. Reporting to the Poland Desk - Lead, this role will contribute to the development of Poland strategy and to the implementation of specific campaigns in line with the overarching Europe strategy, and to maintaining and building our network of partners to increase political and media attention to our key issues.
