• Define and own the enterprise architecture strategy for digital commerce, customer platforms and data ecosystems. • Develop a target-state architecture and multi-year technology roadmap aligned to the company’s revenue growth ambitions. • Ensure the technology landscape supports scalability, resilience and performance at significantly increased traffic and transaction volumes. • Establish architectural principles across cloud infrastructure, integration, data platforms, security and composable commerce. • Lead architecture across the full customer and commerce ecosystem. • Ensure the architecture enables: Omnichannel retail experiences, Marketplace and partner integrations, Rapid experimentation and feature delivery, Personalised customer journeys across channels. • Define the data architecture supporting digital, commercial and operational decision making. • Enable a modern data platform supporting: Real-time and batch data processing, Customer data platforms, Advanced analytics and experimentation, AI-driven personalisation and merchandising. • Define the architecture supporting customer relationship management and loyalty programmes. • Drive architecture that supports operational excellence across digital and retail operations. • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology strategy.

• Design and support scalable SFMC solutions for assigned clients • Translate business requirements into clear, implementable technical configurations • Conduct platform audits and health checks to identify risks and optimization opportunities • Build and refine automations, journeys, segmentation logic, and campaign workflows • Develop solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and GTL • Support REST and SOAP API integrations in partnership with senior technical leaders • Maintain a strong understanding of SFMC data architecture including Data Extensions, Automations, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder • Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for assigned clients • Provide proactive recommendations and guidance on new capabilities and best practices • Explain technical topics in clear terms for both technical and non-technical audiences • Create and maintain solution documentation such as workflow diagrams and technical specifications • Work closely with developers, project managers, strategists, and analytics teams

Role Description Actualmente buscamos incorporar Agentes Comerciales Freelance con experiencia en moda masculina y cartera activa de clientes para continuar impulsando nuestro crecimiento en el canal multimarca, en las siguientes ubicaciones y líneas de negocio: - Madrid - Calzado - Canarias - Calzado - Cataluña - Calzado - Portugal - Textil | Calzado | Kids - Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes multimarca en tu zona asignada. - Detectar nuevas oportunidades comerciales y aperturas de cuentas. - Representar la marca y transmitir los valores e identidad de Harper&Neyer. - Presentar y comercializar las colecciones de forma estratégica. - Realizar seguimiento comercial y análisis de resultados de venta. - Mantener relación directa y continua con clientes y puntos de venta. - Colaborar con el equipo comercial para alcanzar los objetivos de expansión. - Asegurar una correcta implantación y presencia de marca en el punto de venta. Qualifications - Ser trabajador/a autónomo/a y tener experiencia previa como agente comercial freelance en moda masculina. - Contar con cartera activa de clientes en la zona asignada (imprescindible). - Conocimiento del canal multimarca y del sector moda/calzado. - Perfil comercial, proactivo y orientado a resultados. - Capacidad para desarrollar relaciones comerciales a largo plazo. - Valorable experiencia previa en marcas aspiracionales o premium.
