Job Requirements
- Must-have: 3+ years building production systems with Java / Spring Boot
- Solid experience with MongoDB or other document databases
- Comfortable with RESTful API design and microservice architectures
- Experience with message-driven architectures (SNS/SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
- Familiarity with React / TypeScript
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services — S3, CloudFront, Route 53, SNS, SQS, and related
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerised deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Active daily use of AI tools for development — you already use LLMs, copilots, and AI-assisted workflows as part of how you write, review, and ship code
- Understanding of AI/LLM fundamentals — you know how large language models work, what RAG is, and how to integrate AI capabilities into real products
- Familiarity with AI concepts and protocols: RAG, MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI Agents, and emerging standards like A2A (Agent-to-Agent), A2UI, AG-UI
- Strong sense of product ownership — you ship features, not just code
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
