Monitor and direct defense counsel, independent adjusters, and experts. • Identify claims with potential exposure in excess of authority and advise their Supervisor/Manager • Evaluate, set, or recommend reserves for each file they are handling. • Prepare written reports as dictated by company policy and procedures. • Handle claims within guidelines of the Fair Claims Practices 790.03 • Provide insureds, claimants, underwriters, and carriers with regular updates on status of file handling. • Discuss unique and complex files with Supervisor/Manager

• Own the design, build, and ongoing management of ISC’s centralized marketing data infrastructure: Snowflake data warehouse, dbt transformation layer, Fivetran/Airbyte ingestion pipelines, and Looker BI dashboards build spanning all five retail business units. • Define and maintain the canonical KPI framework across the RMT — including CAC, CAC% of Gross Revenue, ROAS, LTV:CAC, CVR (quote-to-bind), impression share, and email revenue attribution — in close collaboration with Head of Digital Marketing, BU leads and Finance; serve as the authoritative source for portfolio-level performance measurement. • Ensure accurate marketing tracking and attribution across all paid and owned channels: oversee pixel governance, server-side CAPI implementation, GTM configuration, offline conversion pass-back, and call tracking; resolve attribution gaps that currently impede value-based bidding and ROAS reporting across the portfolio. • Develop forecasting models, performance targets, and budget scenario analyses that enable data-driven budget reallocation. • Lead incrementality testing program design and execution, including geo holdout tests, lift studies, and creative A/B test measurement, to validate the true incremental impact of marketing spend and channel diversification decisions. • Deliver bi-weekly executive marketing summary reports and enable weekly automated channel-level, partner-level, and campaign-level reporting for the full RMT; build the self-service analytics capability that eliminates the current 2–3 day reporting lag across the portfolio.

• Execute day-to-day paid search campaign management across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for all active ISC retail brands, including campaign builds, ad copy trafficking, bid adjustments, keyword list maintenance, negative keyword management, and quality score monitoring. • Support affiliate and aggregator channel operations across the ISC portfolio: manage creative asset trafficking and partner onboarding logistics, maintain active placements for partners including LendingTree, NerdWallet, Red Ventures, Forbes, Money Group, The Knot, Cvent, and others, and action performance-based optimizations. • Monitor paid search and affiliate campaign performance daily; flag anomalies in conversion rates, impression share, CPL, and partner attribution to the Channel Manager and escalate data integrity issues to the Snr. Manager Marketing Analytics / Operations. • Coordinate creative production and asset management across both channels: brief and traffic paid search ad copy updates, maintain the affiliate creative asset library (IAB banner sets, co-branded landing pages, text links, partner email templates), and manage seasonal or campaign-based refresh cycles. • Own monthly affiliate vendor billing reconciliation across all active partners; maintain accurate budget tracking records and surface material pacing variances to the Channel Manager and Finance. • Ensure UTM parameter governance, pixel tagging accuracy, and affiliate tracking integrity across all active placements in coordination with the Snr.
