• Lead procurement transformation initiatives using SAP S/4HANA and Ariba suite • Help optimize SAP S/4HANA Materials Management processes • Manage full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations • Design and implement procurement workflows • Drive vendor onboarding and enablement strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for SAP implementation

• The Vice President of Operations is responsible for providing leadership, direction and focus to ensure operational excellence for the manufacturing facilities that are within the respective product category. • The primary goal of the position is to safely deliver world class manufacturing focused on zero quality defects, 100% on time delivery, and year over year productivity improvements to minimize expenses and capital investments. • This will be achieved through managing a team of Directors of Operations who lead each facility and working within a matrixed functional organization. • The VP of Operations is responsible for metrics for the respective product category in the broad categories of safety, quality, on time delivery, revenue, profit, and cash flow. • Play a key decision making and operating role in developing manufacturing strategies, footprint additions and/or consolidations, major product transfers and ensuring the consistent deployment of the Integer Production System. • Interact with customers as necessary.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI analysts and developers • Engage with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and reporting needs • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise BI dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Microsoft Power BI and other BI platforms • Ensure BI solutions adhere to best practices for performance, usability, data governance, and security • Manage and prioritize BI project requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and drive resolution of issues related to BI initiatives • Communicate project status, issue escalations, and resolutions to all levels of the organization • Develop and maintain documentation for BI solutions, including data sources, transformations, and report specifications • Support system maintenance, including reviewing application patches, documenting test plans, and executing test scripts • Define and implement BI strategy, standards, and processes to ensure consistent and reliable reporting across the organization • Collaborate with Data & Analytics Architecture and Engineering teams to integrate BI solutions with cloud data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and data pipelines (e.g., Azure Data Factory) • Partner with business units to identify new opportunities for leveraging BI and analytics to drive business outcomes • Oversee data quality management and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of BI data • Support data governance initiatives, including master data management and metadata management for BI assets • Foster a data-driven culture and promote data literacy across the enterprise through training and communication • Stay current with emerging BI technologies and trends, advising on best practices and potential innovations • Participate in steering committees and governance councils to review and prioritize BI and analytics projects
