About Us At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world's largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine's Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World's Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company. At Cloudflare, we're not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we're looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized" problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you're the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you'll fit right in. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Project Manager to join our Professional Services (PS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the governance and end-to-end execution of PS projects using Cloudflare solutions for our customers. Serving as the primary bridge between sales, technical delivery teams, and executive stakeholders, you will ensure that sophisticated cybersecurity and networking solutions are deployed on-time, within budget. Operating within the Professional Services Project Management Office (PMO), you will apply standardized methodologies, governance, and reporting discipline across the full delivery lifecycle - from Initiation and Discovery through Development, Optimization, and Closure & Handoff - to accelerate customer time-to-value. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in professional services, SaaS industry experience, and a proven track record in project management and customer relationship management. Equally important, you are fluent in modern AI-assisted ways of working and use them to raise the speed and quality of delivery. Responsibilities - Lead cross-functional teams of technical professionals that provide consulting, implementation, and support services to customers, managing engagements ranging from single projects to multi-workstream programs. - Own project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communications, ensuring adherence to PMO standards, governance gates, and executive reporting cadence. - Establish and maintain high-trust relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors to drive satisfaction and revenue growth. - Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring that professional services engagements are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet or exceed customer expectations. - Monitor project financial health, including budget burn rates, margin analysis, and revenue-recognition forecasting to ensure targets are met. - Develop, implement, and refine scalable methodologies and best practices that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of professional services delivery. - Ensure a seamless and consultative handoff from the sales cycle to technical execution, acting as the primary point of contact for Account Executives and Account Teams.. - Proactively identify project risks and implement robust mitigation strategies to protect customer operations. - Transform raw project data into data-driven insights and clear status narratives for internal and external leadership regarding project health, resource utilization, and delivery outcomes. - Proactively leverage AI tools to optimize project workflows and delivery - automating status reporting, meeting summarization and action tracking, risk detection, and documentation - serving as a force multiplier for yourself and your team while maximizing overall project productivity. - Create internal guides and external customer-facing assets that support successful project execution, and capture lessons learned from completed engagements for continuous improvement. Qualifications - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or a customer-facing delivery role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment. - Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools in a professional delivery context - for example, drafting and summarizing project artifacts, meeting notes and action items, status and executive reporting, risk analysis, resource/budget forecasting, or projet assets - with sound judgment on the responsible and secure use of AI. - Proven track record of working across global stakeholders and making strategic recommendations to evolve high-profile, high-impact projects, including engagements involving 3rd-party partners and complex multi-vendor ecosystems. - Must be highly organized and possess exceptional time-management skills, with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Sound business judgment and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results. - Good understanding of how the Internet works - Networking and Security, Zero Trust Services/SASE, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, APIs, and related technologies. - Proficiency with Jira, Salesforce (or a similar CRM), and a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP, PRINCE2, or related advanced certifications are highly preferred. - This role will have a portfolio that includes clients in the Thai and Greater China region. Professional working proficiency in Thai or Mandarin Chinese is desired to support customers and stakeholders across these regions. What Makes Cloudflare Special?
