The AI Change Strategist is not merely managing the "people side" of technology change, but is a key architect of the change itself, driving both the strategy and its execution. This role will translate rapid AI implementations into practical "ways of working" for all levels of business. This position is vital to ensuring Insight remains the leading partner in the Google Workspace AI sector by driving high-stakes delivery, developing new service offerings, and leading R&D efforts. - Lead AI Strategy & Strategic Transformation: Serve as a SME and lead for dedicated AI workstreams and comprehensive "Work Transformation" projects. - Architect Service Offerings: Design and architect specialized Gemini and Gemini Enterprise service offerings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Drive Presales & GTM: Lead the AI-specific components of high-stakes presales presentations and develop robust demo environments to showcase the value of Connectors and Agents to customers. - Develop Methodologies: Create and document delivery methodologies to train the broader OCM team on AI integration and Change Strategy. - Innovation and R&D: Lead continuous AI Research & Development to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly changing generative AI environment. - Strategic Transformation: Lead complex organizations through comprehensive "Work Transformation" and process reengineering projects, using AI as the primary tool. - Practice Growth: Maintain a 60% billable utilization target while driving recognized revenue and sales in the AI space. - Travel: up to 30%, as-required, for both customer-facing and internal needs. - Establish AI Adoption Governance: Design and implement governance models that support AI "ways of working," ensuring that process changes are sustainable, measurable, and aligned with organizational goals. - Tailored Delivery Support: Develop personalized coaching and support frameworks to guide employees through the transition from legacy processes to AI-augmented workflows. - Impact Measurement Frameworks: Define KPIs specifically for AI-driven transformation to provide data-driven support for ongoing delivery efforts. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Information or Computer Science, or similar. Equivalent practical experience will be considered. - Preferred: MBA in Strategic Management, Business Transformation, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business and Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) within a technology consulting environment, specifically focusing on transforming processes, developing AI use cases across business stakeholders. - AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), with direct expertise in Gemini Enterprise or similar platforms. - Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to architect service offerings and lead workstreams for complex, high-stakes projects. - Strategic Communication & Enterprise Mindset: Proven track record of operating within an enterprise mindset to solve large-scale organizational challenges. - Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to lead high-stakes presales presentations and translate complex AI technicalities into accessible business strategies. - Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Google Workspace and a deep understanding of AI implementation into organizational workflows. - Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment. - Analytical Rigor & Data Literacy: Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with a "deep dive" mindset toward data. - Delivery Experience: Proven track record of managing end-to-end transformation lifecycles. - Change Support & Enablement: Demonstrated ability to create enablement materials that help end-users adopt new technologies in a live work environment. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience partnering with IT/Engineering teams to ensure effective delivery support. Benefits - Comprehensive healthcare plans for you and your family. - Opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement. - Support for community engagement and charitable contributions. - Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. Company Description Insight is a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, guiding organizations through complex digital decisions. - 14,000+ engaged teammates globally. - $8.2 billion in revenue in 2025. - Certified as a Great Place to work in 9 Countries in 2025. - Received 25+ industry and partner awards in the past year. - $1.4M+ total charitable contributions in 2024 by Insight globally.

• Serve as the senior voice and primary point of authority on all things Adobe Target, advising technical and business stakeholders on testing strategy, personalization architecture, and platform best practices. • Push back constructively and confidently when client stakeholders propose approaches that conflict with Adobe Target best practices — backed by direct, hands-on experience rather than secondhand knowledge. • Stay current on the Adobe Target roadmap, new feature releases, and broader personalization/experimentation trends (e.g., AI-driven personalization, integration with Adobe Experience Platform / Journey Optimizer, server-side and edge-based testing), and translate what's new into practical recommendations for the client. • Provide oversight and QA on test design, targeting logic, audience segmentation, and implementation to ensure technical soundness before anything ships. • Mentor and guide more junior optimization specialists working hands-on in the platform, reviewing their work and raising the technical bar. • Act as a bridge between strategic/business objectives and the technical realities of the Adobe Target platform — equally comfortable in a whiteboard strategy session or a implementation review with engineers. • Represent the optimization practice in client governance meetings, roadmap reviews, and executive readouts, bringing both authority and specificity.
