• Drive the execution of strategic objectives, shape the product roadmap, and manage priorities across the product lifecycle. • Work as part of a globally distributed team, needing ad-hoc meetings out of standard working hours. • Understand and synthesize customer, market, and business needs to inform and drive product strategy. • Develop and maintain a current understanding of industry and technology trends. • Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Information Governance, Customer Success, and the Leadership team to define requirements. • Support the product vision and manage the roadmap, keeping it aligned with company goals and customer needs. • Deliver a financially sound, continuously improving technology platform. • Protect intellectual property, user data, and system integrity by adhering to policies and procedures for secure software development. • Act as the primary product voice in customer engagements, leading discovery and feedback sessions. • Monitor release schedules to ensure product and feature availability. • Work with cross-functional teams to accomplish objectives and resolve problems.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management or related role
- Hold or willing to obtain BPSS clearance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant industry experience.
- Product architecture and design experience for cloud-scale enterprise software deployed globally and run 24x7 as a service on cloud providers such as AWS.
- Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product vision, go-to-market strategy, requirements gathering, and product launch.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs with Figma or similar software.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer-first approach with ability to balance business needs against customer requirements to deliver an optimized experience.
- Experience in conducting competitive research and analysis.
