• Serve as a primary point of coordination between Sales, customers, Applications Engineering, and Solutions Design teams throughout the project lifecycle • Utilize Hyper methodologies and systems to forecast project needs, timelines, and proposal delivery requirements • Manage project execution activities from initiation through delivery, including coordination with suppliers and logistics partners • Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies to support successful on-time delivery • Support customer-facing activities including project updates, timeline coordination, and issue resolution • Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting within CRM, ERP, and project management systems

• Partner with Sales and customers to develop and configure mission-critical power distribution solutions for data center and critical infrastructure applications • Create, review, and support pre-sale technical designs including one-line diagrams, system configurations, and equipment selections for RFQs and proposals • Ensure proposed solutions comply with applicable standards and codes including NEC, UL, ANSI, NEMA, NFPA, IEEE, and IEC requirements • Evaluate customer technical specifications and provide application guidance for Tier I–IV data center power system architectures • Prepare submittal documentation including drawings, bills of material, and technical documentation following project award • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Production teams to support configuration alignment, manufacturability, and lead-time coordination • Support development and maintenance of configuration tools and standardized application engineering workflows • Serve as a technical resource for switchboards, switchgear, breakers, metering systems, and power quality solutions

• Support the pre-sale design, configuration, and quotation of modular infrastructure solutions • Review RFQs, RFPs, and customer technical specifications to define project scope • Develop pre-sale technical designs including one-line diagrams, system layouts, and modular configuration concepts • Prepare technical quotation packages in collaboration with teams • Support cost development activities, ensuring proposed solutions comply with applicable codes and standards • Coordinate with Manufacturing teams to validate design feasibility and production constraints • Participate in internal design reviews, assist with submittal documentation preparation, and provide technical clarification during customer meetings. • Contribute to continuous improvement of application engineering workflows and quoting processes.

• Lead architectural development and system configuration for Integrated Modular Solutions, including structural, mechanical, and electrical integration • Own pre-sale technical solution design, including one-line diagrams, system layouts, equipment selection, and configuration strategy • Serve as the primary technical interface with customers during solution development and architectural discussions • Evaluate customer requirements and develop architectures aligned with Tier I–IV data center standards and mission-critical power requirements • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, UL standards, and industry regulations • Drive cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability • Provide technical oversight through design reviews, submittal development, and manufacturing release activities • Support development and refinement of standardized IMS configurations and scalable architectural frameworks

• Lead the strategy, product development, roadmap, and lifecycle management for Prefabricated Power Modules and Cooling. • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for prefabricated power modules and integrated cooling systems. • Translate customer, market, and Sales requirements into clear product definitions, system architectures, and scalable configurations. • Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through launch, including requirements definition, design reviews, and readiness activities. • Own compliance and certification strategy for cooling and integrated power systems. • Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and evolving data center requirements to guide roadmap decisions. • Support Sales pursuits with technical positioning, solution definition, and early-stage customer engagement.

• Designing and developing electrical control systems for low- and medium-voltage power equipment • Creating control schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and I/O documentation • Specifying and programming PLCs, HMIs, relays, sensors, and communication devices • Ensuring designs meet functional, safety, and performance requirements • Leading troubleshooting and resolution of system-level control issues during manufacturing and in the field • Supporting factory and site acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) and commissioning activities • Driving standardization of control architectures and reusable design components • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers

• Execute purchase orders based on demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels • Source and purchase raw materials, components, and strategic commodities to support production requirements • Identify and evaluate suppliers; negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts • Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery (OTD), and drive corrective actions for late or past-due orders • Proactively manage shortages and supplier delays to minimize manufacturing impact • Collaborate with suppliers to improve lead times, quality, and cost efficiency • Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity and reliability • Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory • Perform regular cycle counts at manufacturing partner locations to ensure inventory accuracy • Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions • Optimize inventory turnover and storage efficiency using data-driven analysis

• Partner with Sales and customers to develop and configure data center power distribution solutions that meet technical, operational, and commercial requirements • Create, review, and approve pre-sale technical designs, one-line diagrams, and solution configurations in support of RFQs and proposals • Ensure solutions comply with applicable standards and codes (NEC, UL, ANSI, NEMA, NFPA, IEEE) • Evaluate customer specifications and provide technical guidance for Tier I–IV data center architectures and mission-critical power systems • Prepare detailed submittal packages following project award, including drawings, bills of material, and technical documentation • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Production to support product configuration, lead-time alignment, and design clarification • Support development and maintenance of configuration tools and standardized application engineering workflows • Serve as a technical resource for switchboards, PDUs, RPPs, STSs, transformers, breakers, metering, and power quality systems • Support RFI and RFP technical responses and customer presentations • Assist with design reviews, factory acceptance testing support, and field issue resolution when required • Provide technical training and knowledge sharing to Sales and internal stakeholders • Support continuous improvement of application standards, tools, and documentation
