Sales Project Manager – Data Center Infrastructure

Hyper Recruitment Solutions

• Serve as a primary point of coordination between Sales, customers, Applications Engineering, and Solutions Design teams throughout the project lifecycle • Utilize Hyper methodologies and systems to forecast project needs, timelines, and proposal delivery requirements • Manage project execution activities from initiation through delivery, including coordination with suppliers and logistics partners • Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies to support successful on-time delivery • Support customer-facing activities including project updates, timeline coordination, and issue resolution • Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting within CRM, ERP, and project management systems

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience in project management and sales support within the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Experience supporting data center power infrastructure projects including switchboards, PDUs, RPPs, transformers, or related electrical systems
  • Proficiency with project management software, CRM tools, and ERP systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel as required for customer meetings and project support activities

Role Description We are looking for a motivated Project Associate to join our growing organization.
