Role Description The Developer is responsible for the overall performance of the product by applying software engineering principles to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software. This role ensures the timely delivery of high-quality software within release timelines and guidelines. Your Role Responsibilities - Here's What You'll Do - Develop complex code based on functional specifications, completing logic and algorithm design in alignment with established standards. - Translate and analyze software requirements into design specifications, ensuring consistent adherence throughout the development lifecycle. - Perform complex peer code reviews and provide insight on the broader impact of software changes across the product. - Lead and influence team standards, processes, and events — including planning, work estimation, solution demos, and implementation design discussions. - Create and apply automated tests and testing principles to software changes, including unit tests and continuous integration practices. - Mentor, coach, and provide constructive technical feedback to team members, supporting their growth and overall team performance. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field. - Significant experience with TypeScript or other general-purpose programming languages. - Experience with GraphQL, AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions, and web technologies including Angular, SCSS, and Nx. - Demonstrated experience with build environments, delivery pipelines, and continuous software delivery practices. - Experience with test automation, continuous integration tools, and software application testing methodologies. - English and Polish language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level. Requirements - Experience working in Windows/Linux development environments using open-source tools and platforms. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage projects through to completion with minimal oversight. - Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners toward shared goals. - Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization with discretion and tact. - Ability to establish rapport, gain trust, and drive consensus across teams and stakeholders.
