Role Description We’re looking for a SDET who’s passionate about quality; not just as a phase, but as a core part of how great software gets built. In this role, you’ll help shape what “great” looks like for our engineering teams, including setting test standards, supporting engineers and making sure quality is everyone’s responsibility. This role requires strong software development skills, deep understanding of distributed systems, and the ability to influence quality across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). You’ll be embedded in a collaborative environment where software is shipped fast, iteratively, and often. Your work will focus on making sure things don’t just work but work well together. You’ll bring clarity, structure and confidence to the way we test by balancing automation with human insight and keeping the end-user in mind. • Develop and implement a strategic account sales plan which includes multiple external stakeholders in the hospital and reference lab environment to achieve sales of the BD COR product line and all relevant pull through products • Leading without direct authority of the local PODs; partnership with the Strategic Customer Group Vice Presidents, Marketing, Health Care Consultants and Project Management • Effectively deploying clinically relevant product features / benefits with economic justification using existing selling tools as well as creating new tools specific to each customer situation to define the value of our product offerings • Manages and coordinates all decision makers to arrive at a contractual purchase agreement for BD COR and related products • Responsible for maintaining realized revenue stream and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent customer contact • Attain or exceed the overall sales plan for the designated platform of product; maximize the potential of all contract terms realized between BD and customer • The sales associate will need to have a command of BD's long term strategic direction and be able to communicate that strategy to the customer • Using this knowledge, demonstrate the value proposition of the entire product portfolio to be consistent with the needs of the customer • Manage the sales process consisting of the clinical laboratory (anatomical pathology and molecular) which includes Medical Technologists, Managers / Directors, pathology, pathology, cyto-technologists; and hospital administration in the assigned territory • Foster existing, and establish new, relationships with clinical lab Administration and executive leadership in the respective territory.

• Own the client automation strategy and execution for the project • Create the technical strategy for automation frameworks, test architecture • Make architectural choices for test systems spanning C#, C++, Unreal Engine Blueprint infrastructure • Define scalable, maintainable automation and infrastructure patterns that support long-term platform growth • Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation strategies to protect release confidence • Collaborate with online services SDETs to build automation integrated with services • Product owner for the automation scrum team • Build stakeholder alignment and manage team execution of core technology deliverables in alignment with project priorities and in partnership with technical leads in your areas • Gather area, product, or program requirements from customers, ensuring they are tracked in the appropriate backlogs and (when viable) represented in the project roadmap • Successfully deliver on area product, program, or goals, defining (and aligning with customers on) quality, risks, and expectations throughout • Regularly communicate product, program, and area status and risks, providing visibility to stakeholders and leadership • Manage area risks and establish risk mitigations • Ensure team health, culture, efficacy and efficiency • Engage with external partners to explore, maintain, and integrate technology solutions • Hands on engineering work, including Unreal Blueprint automation and automation infrastructure (C#/C++) • Develop, maintain, and improve automated test cases, testing tools and frameworks • Build and improve test infrastructure o Monitor test infrastructure, analyze automation failures, improve reliability, and optimize runtime performance • Research, evaluate, and integrate new tools and methodologies to improve testing scalability and efficiency

• Developing and maintaining a test automation framework and related services; • Developing and maintaining reporting and monitoring tools; • Monitoring and analyzing test environment health; • Integrating AI capabilities into internal tools.
