Contact HirexHire for more client information THE ROLE Our client is seeking an experienced and customer-focused implementation Manager to lead the successful onboarding of new customers onto their SaaS platform. This role owns the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and plays a critical role in setting customers up for long-term success. The Implementation Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to public-sector customers, combining technical expertise, project coordination, and consultative problem-solving to deliver tailored solutions that meet each customer’s unique needs. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from kickoff through successful go-live. - Align internal teams and customers on project scope, timelines, goals, and success criteria. - Act as a trusted advisor by translating platform features into clear business and stakeholder value. - Configure, test, and troubleshoot platform functionality to meet customer requirements. - Deliver client training sessions and lead knowledge transfer to ensure user adoption. - Develop clear documentation and standard operating procedures to support ongoing use. - Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while maintaining quality and responsiveness. - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to resolve technical and business challenges. - Ensure a smooth handoff to the Customer Success team with a defined success plan for the first six to twelve months. - Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and implementation methodologies. WHAT YOU WILL NEED - 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, professional services, or a similar client-facing role. - Hands-on experience configuring or customizing SaaS platforms. - Strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with integrations, APIs, and related technologies. CSS experience is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations. - Experience working directly with customers in a consultative, solution-oriented capacity. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Passion for customer success, adoption, and long-term retention. - Familiarity with GovTech or public-sector environments is a plus.

Role Overview: We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to guide our customers in the security guard industry through the first 4-10 weeks of their journey towards unlocking the full potential of Belfry. In this role, you’ll blend strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to educate new customers in the best practices of utilizing the platform to optimize their operations.
