• Design and convey to the development teams overall and end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, which span across project portfolio management and Cloud finance integrating with GL, AP, AR, etc. • Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud architecture, data models, customizations, and integrations. • Lead end-to-end solution development for Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and technical requirements. • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-implementation support. • Establish and enforce technical guidelines, development standards, and governance for Oracle Fusion applications. • Communicate and lead client’s through process improvements using industry best practices. • Own scope by identifying and proposing change requests. • Collaborate, and foster a collaborative and innovating work environment, with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. • Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud technologies and liaison between business, functional, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration. • Mentor and guide developers and other team members in the implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions. • Architect and convey to the development team to implement extensions to Oracle Fusion Cloud to meet specific business needs • Design and oversee complex integration solutions between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other third-party systems. • Innovate and provide recommendations for continuous improvement, optimization, and the adoption of new tools and technologies for the Highstreet NexTech Lab.

Job Requirements

  • At least 10+ years of Oracle experience
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
  • Experience with project cost allocation, cost collection, revenue recording and P&L calculations.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Fund (Grant) Accounting concepts as they apply to Public Sector
  • Extensive Project Manufacturing experience considered
  • Experience as a resource in the implementation full lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle Cloud implementations and supporting with hands-on configurations.
  • Prefer experience in a lead role on at least two Oracle Cloud Grants implementation project
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and mentor.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis conference room pilots (CRP’s) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to lead multiple assignments and with support from Highstreet’s offshore functional and technical staff

Role Description The TM1 Analyst will ensure the continuous stability, correction, and enhancement of the Mosaic processes and tools (IBM Planning Analytics, Data Lake). Furthermore, the role acts as the primary point of contact for end users regarding technical, functional, and process-related questions.
