• You will record financial transactions in DATEV for financial accounting • You will manage payment transactions, related software and support liquidity management • You will share responsibility for preparing the annual financial statements and handling external audits • You will manage document filing, creditor and supplier data • You will look after our bank accounts and corporate credit cards • You will handle administrative tasks related to financial penalties assigned to HateAid • You will work with us to continuously develop the financial accounting function and our internal processes • You will support preparation of tax returns together with our tax consultancy • You will perform first-line assessments of tax issues and involve our tax consultancy when needed • You will prepare and send outgoing invoices as part of our purpose-related operations

Job Requirements

  • Your residence and habitual place of stay are in Germany.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in accounting and administration, ideally in the non-profit sector.
  • Completed training as a financial accountant or certified balance-sheet accountant is an advantage.
  • You are experienced with accounting software (ideally DATEV) and curious to explore process improvements through integrating new tools.
  • You are familiar with the basics of non-profit law.
  • You have strong process-management skills, attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and work in a highly structured way.
  • You enjoy working independently while also valuing collaborative, respectful team work.
  • You have very good written and verbal communication skills in German and possess basic English skills.
  • You are comfortable using various digital tools for organization and communication and are confident with the MS Office suite (especially Excel).
  • You are eager to work in a digitally organized company.

Overview As a Manager, Revenue Accounting Operations at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are here to join our high-energy Accounting and Finance team. The Manager of Revenue Accounting Operations plays a critical role in executing and scaling revenue accounting operations, ensuring accurate close, strong controls, and audit readiness within the Accounting and Finance Department reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue. This role has direct ownership of key revenue accounting processes, including monthly close execution, review controls, and audit coordination within a complex, highly regulated, and data-intensive environment.
