• Travel to auction locations two to three days per week to sell vehicles on behalf of CULA • Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring adherence to company standards and identifying corrective actions when needed • Negotiate vehicle sales directly with dealers • Manage consignment relationships with vehicle dealers • Oversee inventory management including transport status monitoring, certification inspection reviews, vehicle grading, reconditioning estimate approvals, sale preparation, and bid approvals • Conduct onsite reviews of auction procedures, inventory preparation, and sale effectiveness • Organize and facilitate vendor performance meetings with auction management and staff • Review vendor scorecards and reporting and coordinate follow-up actions on performance deficiencies • Negotiate arbitration claims in collaboration with senior management • Identify and execute market arbitrage opportunities • Audit auction expenses and vehicle announcements • Maintain and report travel-related expenses in accordance with company policies
• Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships live-in person • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you • Follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers • Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities • Constant and effective communication, via phone calls or in person, with dealer partners on current programs • Train dealers in Western Funding including proper documentation needed for fast funding of contracts
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector. • Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to understand their financing needs. • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings. • Conduct market research to remain competitive and align services with industry trends. • Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. • Provide training and support to dealerships on the use of financing solutions and services. • Monitor dealership conditions and performance. • Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Monitor the performance of the portfolio, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.

• Managing a portfolio of complex construction defect claims from inception through resolution • Analyzing CGL coverage, endorsements, exclusions, and contractual risk transfer • Handling multi-party and litigated matters with a strategic, resolution-focused mindset • Setting and adjusting reserves based on exposure analysis and litigation posture • Selecting and managing defense counsel and expert vendors • Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations within authority • Preparing thorough coverage analyses and recommendations when higher authority is required • Identifying and pursuing subrogation or contribution opportunities • Collaborating with underwriting, legal, and management on emerging exposure trends
• The 60-Day Collector plays a key role in helping Westlake Financial reduce delinquencies and protect our portfolio • You’ll work with customers whose accounts are 31–60 days past due, using communication, problem-solving, and persistence to find workable solutions and prevent loan losses • Negotiate with customers to develop payment plans that fit their individual situations • Meet and exceed daily and monthly goals while maintaining quality and compliance standards • Make outbound calls that lead to successful payments or timely arrangements to resolve delinquencies • Collaborate with teammates and contribute to the department’s overall success • Manage a high volume of calls efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment • Use skip-tracing tools to locate customers or collateral when needed • Reduce delinquency within your assigned queue and contribute to department-wide goals • Follow company policies and quality standards to ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer experiences
