• Concept, film, and edit UGC style content for the Ü Snacks portfolio • Produce polished, launch-ready ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google • Build platform-specific static ads for feed, story, and reels • Produce fresh hooks and format cuts for testing pipeline • Manage file naming, specs, and delivery for ad account • Use LA studio on a regular basis for production • Support Creative Strategy team on emerging brands and launches • Manage a working content budget for shoots

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years producing content in UGC or paid social (brand, agency, creator, or freelance)
  • Comfortable being the face of the brand, on camera, regularly
  • Edits fluently in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Can mock up static creative in Figma, Canva, or Photoshop
  • Understands content metrics like hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and nCAC
  • Ability to quickly produce launch-ready ads based on concepts
  • Based in or near the LA/SoCal area or willing to relocate and commit to studio days

Role Description We are looking for a Producer, with a passion for game development and the craft of production. Demonstrating outstanding communication and creative problem solving you will partner with the production team, Directors and Development teams across multiple locations to drive projects forward. You will own, build, maintain and execute project plans to determine resource, scheduling needs for multiple teams and or larger areas of the game.
