Grab
• Manage a portfolio of SMB merchants as the primary contact - providing guidance, resolving issues, and maintaining regular online and on-ground engagement • Build trusted partnerships with merchants by delivering support, improving operational quality, and helping merchants grow profitably on GrabFood/ GrabMart or Grab Dine out • Work with merchants to drive adoption of key campaigns and strengthen their ability to use self-serve tools for optimizing promotions, improving visibility, and growth • Leverage data to monitor and analyze merchant performance, and deliver actionable insights that help optimize their growth on Grab • Collaborate with relevant teams to execute local marketing activities, roll out new features and create long-term partnership opportunities that benefit both Grab and Merchants
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial, or related field in Account Management
- At least 2 year of experience in Ecommerce, FMCG, F&B, Sales, or related fields
- Strong communication skills
- Experienced in building and maintaining partner relationships
- Experienced in negotiation and persuasion
- Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues and business performance challenges for partners
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
