• Own the health and strategic direction of the Malaysia Mobility Marketplace • Define and drive the country strategy for driver-partner supply health, productivity, quality, and retention • Own consumer pricing frameworks to grow the business sustainably and profitably • Lead country-level strategic projects focused on service quality and platform reliability • Represent the Malaysia mobility marketplace team in both local and regional discussions • Develop and mentor the rest of the Malaysia mobility marketplace team • Define and own the strategic vision for consumer pricing and marketplace mechanics for GrabCar in Malaysia • Design and iterate on driver-partner engagement models and incentive structures • Lead initiatives to improve platform reliability and ride experience • Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams on mobility-related features and algorithms • Monitor marketplace metrics, investigate anomalies, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, product management, or data analytics at a tech company or similar environment
- Experience managing a small team, with a genuine interest in people development
- Comfortable working with large datasets with hands-on experience with SQL
- Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., Cursor) to speed up analysis and solution development
- Experience driving P&L impact through strategic projects — whether through revenue growth, cost savings, or efficiency gains
- Experience designing or working with pricing frameworks or incentive structures in a marketplace or ride-hailing context
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders with different priorities, and able to navigate ambiguity well
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and translating data into decisions
