Role Description Join our team at GoDaddy, where the Marketing Legal team supports a range of work across growth marketing, outbound communications, performance marketing, advertising, promotions, media solutions, brand, and intellectual property. We are seeking an outstanding legal professional to contribute as a valued member of our organization! The focus of this role will be on supporting international outbound messaging and performance marketing, including messages sent via: - Email - Short message service - Voice calls - Paid media - Affiliate - Lifecycle - Web conversion funnels - Advertising experiments - New territory or new campaign assessments Key responsibilities include: - Assist GoDaddy’s marketing teams in growing the business by delivering exceptional, risk-calibrated legal support for global campaigns, channels, offers, and customer-facing experiences. - Support global outbound communications initiatives, including legal review and risk assessment for email, SMS, phone, push notifications, and other customer messaging channels across new and existing markets. - Help assess legal requirements for launching outbound communications in new territories, including consent, opt-in/opt-out, disclosure, sender identification, frequency, recordkeeping, suppression, and localization requirements. - Support GoDaddy’s media solutions and ad tech initiatives by providing practical legal guidance on advertising products, audience targeting, measurement, campaign delivery, data use, publisher/advertiser relationships, and related commercial opportunities. - Serve as a key legal partner to performance marketing teams, including support for paid search, paid social, affiliate, display, lifecycle marketing, landing pages, campaign testing, lead generation, and conversion-focused marketing initiatives. - Review marketing, advertising, promotional, social media, email, web, and customer-facing materials, including campaign copy, landing pages, creative assets, offer terms, pricing references, comparisons, claims, and disclosures. - Help support promotions, sponsorships, influencer campaigns, affiliate arrangements, and other marketing initiatives. - Draft, review, and help manage marketing-related agreements, including agency, creative services, influencers, sponsorship, affiliate, content licensing, vendor, and statement-of-work documents. - Coordinate with U.S.-based and global legal team members on critical issues, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives. - Help develop training materials and practical mentorship for business teams. - Assess legal and business risk in marketing initiatives, clearly explain tradeoffs, and recommend practical paths forward. - Partner with Marketing, Customer Care, Product, Privacy, Commercial Legal, and other collaborators to evaluate new campaigns, customer journeys, and channel strategies in a practical, risk-calibrated way. - Build scalable playbooks, country mentorship, approval workflows, intake processes, blocking issue paths, templates, trackers, and self-service resources for global marketing and outbound communications. - Identify recurring legal issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement, then help design durable solutions that allow business teams to move faster with greater consistency and confidence. Qualifications - 6+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably supporting marketing, advertising, consumer communications, commercial contracts, technology, digital products, e-commerce, or other rapidly growing business teams. - Legal degree or equivalent legal qualification in India; common law, U.S., U.K., or global legal experience is a plus. - Expertise in assessing risk, helping business teams make informed decisions, and building systems, playbooks, and processes that enable business growth. Role Description The Personal Assistance Service (PAS) is an important tool for social inclusion, enabling persons with disabilities to live independently and participate actively in community life, in line with the provisions of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), which the Republic of Moldova ratified in 2010. - Currently, the regulatory framework governing the organization and functioning of the PAS is defined by Law No. 60/2012 on the social inclusion of persons with disabilities and Government Decision No. 314/2012. - The existing modalities for employing personal assistants and delivering the service do not adequately meet real needs, resulting in inequities in coverage, quality, and financial sustainability. - The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (MLSP) intends to revise and improve the contracting and delivery framework of the PAS. - This will include differentiating levels of support and exploring alternative financing and contracting mechanisms. - The ultimate goal is to strengthen inclusion and improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities. - The consultant, in coordination with the financial expert, shall prepare legislative recommendations and costing scenarios for the revision of contracting and delivery modalities of the Personal Assistance Service.
