Role Description We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager with deep experience leading enterprise telephony and digital security/access management initiatives. This role will drive large-scale modernization projects involving: - Voice infrastructure - Identity and access management - Authentication technologies - Enterprise security platforms The ideal candidate combines strong technical project leadership with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and enterprise risk. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, leading enterprise-wide initiatives through influence, credibility, and sound judgment while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field - PMP Certification required - Proven experience managing enterprise telephony and digital security/access management projects - Experience leading projects involving: - VoIP and enterprise telephony platforms - Contact center technologies - Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) - Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - Authentication and directory services - Experience writing RFPs and managing vendor contracts, deliverables, and payments - Experience coordinating infrastructure, telecom, networking, and security vendors - Knowledge of fiscal planning, forecasting, and budget preparation - Exceptional communication, stakeholder facilitation, and executive reporting skills - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflict, and influence without direct authority - Proficiency with project management tools, process documentation, and workflow/process modeling Requirements - Lead and manage enterprise-level IT projects from initiation through implementation, including highly complex or high-risk telephony and digital security initiatives - Drive enterprise telephony modernization and access management projects - Develop and manage project plans including scope, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, and communication plans - Coordinate implementation activities related to IAM, MFA, SSO, telephony, and related security technologies - Write and manage RFPs for external services; oversee vendor contracts, deliverables, performance metrics, and payments - Define and communicate project objectives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria to stakeholders and executive leadership - Develop business requirements, workflow documentation, process models, and project governance materials - Partner with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, telecom, and operations teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant solutions - Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, stakeholder reviews, and executive status reporting - Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations - Estimate resource needs and coordinate staffing support across departments and external vendors - Provide strategic input and recommendations to leadership regarding enterprise IT project priorities and operational improvements Company Description Genius Road, LLC is proud to be a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise, an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity.
