• Keep Addi’s core financial data accurate, reconciled, and audit-ready • Maintain daily reconciliation rate across core subledgers • Deliver flawless data support for month-end close • Achieve complete UAT coverage and sign-off for finance-impacting system changes • Ensure maximum uptime on automated reconciliation workflows • Operationalize AI-assisted finance processes • Maintain an actively prioritized testing backlog for all SaaS integrations

• Work effectively in a geographically distributed team environment • Prioritize the work for the team and communicate backlog status to the customers • Perform project management activities utilizing Agile processes and GitHub Tools • Support standard RTX Authorization to Operate (ATO) process for assigned applications • Respond to, document and resolve service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA • Provide exceptional customer service via Microsoft Teams, Zoom meetings and email • Perform root cause analysis, develop checklists for typical problems and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention • Become a functional expert for the applications assigned • Coordinate System Password Updates (Downtime scheduled with Client) • Interfacing with the client for UAT • Main client contact for the applications • Create or refine requirements identified by the users • Support application upgrades as defined by internal RTX groups
