Product Sales Specialist – Generator Circuit Breaker

Switzerland Global Enterprise

• Develop a strong technical expertise on Generator Circuit Breakers • Provide technical advice and training to the Sales Team and Customers that will help to promote the benefits of GE Vernova’s technology • Be responsible to achieve Order Intake and profitability targets • Understand the RFQ / Customer's demand • Trigger the tendering process: Go/No Go, target price setting, value proposition parameters, winning strategies • Prepare and submit compliant and attractive offers within the constraints of technical feasibility, compliance, market conditions, profitability and risk mitigation • Negotiate contracts: lead clarification process, resolve open concerns • Develop and execute a plan to grow products, target markets and identify key accounts • Partner with the regional commercial teams to drive market share growth • Provide leadership and support to channel partners • Maintain commercial databases with up-to-date and accurate information

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within utility industry / industrial sales
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and some international travel as needed mainly for direct customer interaction
  • Availability for an intensive international training (up to six months)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
