Job Description

Director of Training and Program Enablement

Galileo Learning

• Responsible for the design, content, and delivery of training for Galileo’s camp program, including Camp Directors and all camp teams • Translate operational priorities into clear, usable training and resources • Own training content and delivery end-to-end • Collaborate closely with the Education Product team as they develop learning architecture and large-scale learning systems • Coordinate with cross-functional subject matter experts to ensure their expertise is represented throughout trainings and resources • Continuously iterate and improve training design and delivery • Own the clarity, consistency, and usability of training materials • Determine the appropriate modality for content (live training vs. self-paced vs. resource) • Track training completion, comprehension, and readiness signals • Partner with Field operations and cross-departmental leaders to align on priorities

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering high-impact training programs for geographically dispersed teams, preferably in education, camps, or youth programs
  • Experience designing and delivering training for large, distributed teams
  • Strong ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable guidance
  • Experience building or improving training programs tied to real-world execution
  • Demonstrated strength in content design, information clarity, or instructional design
  • Experience working with LMS platforms or blended learning environments
  • Ability to identify what matters most and prioritize effectively
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Role Description As the Division Director of Executive Search and Field Services, you will be responsible for the overall planning, management, and implementation of executive search assistance to TASB members. This role will also facilitate, direct, and monitor the activities of the Field Services Representatives. This is a Texas-based remote position. Selected qualified candidate must live within the State of Texas.
