Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Galileo Learning
• Help shape the company’s financial direction and partner across departments to drive growth, improve decision-making, and ensure every strategic initiative is grounded in data-driven insight. • Lead annual and multi-year planning processes, aligning budgets and forecasts with company growth goals. • Develop and maintain forward-looking financial and operational models, dashboards and scenario analyses to guide resource allocation, pricing, and investment decisions. • Partner cross-functionally with various teams to understand business drivers and identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and ROI. • Support the accounting team with monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes, in compliance with GAAP.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in FP&A, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA or advanced degree or certification a plus
- Proven experience partnering with commercial or operational teams to translate financial insights into business outcomes.
- Multi-site retail and/or services experience is a plus.
- Advanced Excel (and google sheets) and modeling skills; direct experience building an analytics platform and with BI or analytics tools required
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
