Role Description We're looking for a seasoned Program Manager to serve as a connective force across our organization — someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, earns trust through creating clarity and direction for teams, and makes complex work feel organized and achievable. You'll partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to build the systems, processes, and communication rhythms that keep critical initiatives on track. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, and execution. Nice to Have Items - Familiarity with tools like Notion, G Suite, and Asana. - Prior experience supporting executive stakeholders. - Passion for the health industry. Role Description Make sure every person who wants to understand their biology gets a timely, well-crafted communication that moves them forward. The BYBO Coordinator owns the operational heartbeat of the lead nurture program — briefing, building, QA, and deployment — and plays a critical role in translating strategy into the moments that actually reach people. This role is best suited for those energized by fast-paced environments, excited to build in a high-growth setting, and deeply motivated by our mission at Function. If you're looking for meaningful challenges, dynamic work, and the opportunity to make a real impact—we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities - Own the operational execution of lead nurture campaigns — from brief intake through build, QA, and deployment in Iterable. - Build and configure email journeys, triggered sends, and one-off campaigns in Iterable per approved briefs from the BYBO Pillar Lead. - Conduct thorough QA on all outgoing campaigns — checking for rendering issues, broken links, suppression list accuracy, and segmentation logic before any send. - Manage deployment schedules and campaign calendars — ensuring the BYBO team never misses a send date. - Support brief creation by pulling standard performance reports (open rate, click rate, conversion by sequence) from Iterable and the BYBO dashboard. - Flag execution blockers, copy inconsistencies, or data issues to the BYBO Pillar Lead in real time — never letting a problem ship. - Coordinate with the shared support team (Copywriting, Design, Build) to track asset delivery and ensure campaigns are ready to deploy on schedule. - Maintain BYBO campaign documentation — SOPs, naming conventions, suppression logic, journey maps — so the team operates consistently as it scales. Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing operations, or CRM coordination — ideally at a consumer tech or digital health company. - Hands-on experience building and deploying emails in a marketing automation platform (Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, or equivalent); Iterable experience is a strong plus. - Detail-oriented and process-driven — you catch errors before they ship and you build systems so errors don’t happen twice. - Strong communicator — you proactively update stakeholders on campaign status, flag blockers early, and document everything. - Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving team where priorities shift and execution speed matters. - Eager to grow — this role is designed to support your development into a senior lifecycle marketer over time, with clear mentorship from the BYBO Pillar Lead and Head of Lifecycle CRM. Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Flexible working hours. - A dynamic work environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged. Core Values - Ruthless Prioritization: We don’t let perfect get in the way of progress. We move quickly to drive value, not perfection. We prioritize what drives impact. Role Description This is not a strategy role. It is not a coordination role. It is a get-in-and-do-it role for someone who wants real ownership, moves fast, and finds energy in problems that have never been solved before. You will own the important projects that currently have no clear owner. You will work directly with leadership on high-priority initiatives that are undefined by design, because they are new. Each project starts from scratch: new domain, new constraints, no template. You will figure out what the right question is, get smart fast, and drive it all the way to done. The best version of this person is someone who would rather build the map than wait for one. You do the research, write the recommendations, make the call, and keep moving. If you are looking for a role where you can put your head down and execute on work that matters, this is it. This role is best suited for those energized by fast-paced environments, excited to build in a high-growth setting, and deeply motivated by our mission. If you’re looking for meaningful challenges, dynamic work, and the opportunity to make a real impact — we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities - Own projects end-to-end. From scoping the actual problem to delivering a finished outcome. These initiatives are high-priority and undefined by design. - Do the work. Research new domains from scratch, structure the problem, produce real outputs: recommendations, plans, frameworks. Not summaries of what others should do. - Write clearly and drive alignment. Turn ambiguous situations into a point of view leadership can act on. Keep stakeholders informed and bring the right people in at the right time. - Make decisions and move. You will not have perfect information. You will make the call anyway and adjust as needed. - Work across functions. Operations, product, clinical, legal, finance. You go where the project needs you, not where the org chart points. - Drive multi-million dollar initiatives from concept through execution, staying accountable for outcomes at every stage. Qualifications - Doer first. You do not delegate the hard parts. You go deep, get your hands dirty, and produce work product others can act on. - Moves fast under uncertainty. Comfortable without a playbook. Makes good calls with incomplete information and adjusts quickly when things change. - Writes well. Clear, structured, direct. You can take a complex situation and turn it into something people can act on. - Strong judgment. Knows which details matter and which do not. Spends time accordingly. - High ownership. Full accountability for outcomes, not just effort. Takes initiative without being asked. - Mission-driven. Genuinely believes preventive healthcare is one of the most important problems to get right and wants their work to be part of making it real. Requirements - 7+ years of experience with a track record of owning hard, ambiguous problems and driving them to completion. - Has built something from scratch. A team, product, process, or business. Understands what zero-to-one actually requires. - Has managed complex, multi-stakeholder projects where they were the one holding the thread together. - Can point to specific examples of turning a vague, undefined problem into a clear path forward and then executing it. - Strong written communication. You can show your work, and it holds up. Benefits - Base Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 - Stock options - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans for you and your family - Wellness and commuter benefits - Competitive vacation policy - A culture that emphasizes learning - Professional development budget for continued learning - Opportunity to directly impact our mission of saving lives through early cancer detection

Role Description Function Health is building a lean, automation-first compliance program that is agile enough to adapt to both security and privacy requirements. From SOC 2 and HIPAA to CCPA and beyond, the program must be ready to respond to whatever the task demands. This requires an individual who can see the totality of the problem and not just a piece of it. As a Security Program Manager, you'll support and execute our compliance operations, partner with cross-functional teams to enable compliant product growth and unblock business deals, and help ensure our controls and policies scale with the business. This role is hands-on and impact-driven: you'll be a key contributor to audit readiness, run day-to-day compliance and privacy operations, and help Function meet the trust expectations of our members, partners, and regulators. Key Responsibilities - Execute SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliance operations, including evidence collection, control testing, and audit readiness. - Coordinate audit activities with auditors, external assessors, and internal stakeholders under the direction of compliance leadership. - Maintain and update a unified control framework that maps SOC 2, HIPAA, and future frameworks (e.g., HITRUST). - Drive vendor and third-party risk management, including onboarding reviews, risk assessments, and BAA/DPA tracking. - Understand privacy obligations (HIPAA Privacy Rule, GDPR, state laws) and design solutions with a privacy-first focus. - Partner with Sales and Legal to support business deals, including security questionnaires and contractual agreements. - Execute quarterly compliance rituals: access reviews, risk register updates, policy acknowledgments, and training compliance. - Translate regulatory requirements into engineer-friendly tickets, policy updates, and compliance summaries. - Identify and implement opportunities for automation in compliance workflows (evidence collection, access certifications, vendor reviews). - Coordinate privacy operations, including data retention, deletion, and handling of member data requests. - Build awareness across the business so compliance and privacy are seen as enablers, not blockers. Qualifications - 4–7 years of experience in compliance, GRC, or risk management, ideally in SaaS or healthtech. - Strong knowledge of SOC 2 and HIPAA; familiarity with privacy frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or HITRUST. - Experience supporting audits end-to-end and preparing documentation for external parties. - Experience coordinating across functions (Engineering, IT, Legal, Ops) to implement and sustain controls. - Ability to connect regulatory requirements to business context and communicate tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with compliance automation tools (Vanta, Tugboat Logic, ConductorOne) and cloud environments (Okta, GCP, GitHub). - Strong communication skills; able to draft policies, auditor-facing documentation, and compliance summaries. - Ability to work cross-functionally to support secure, compliant patterns without slowing down business goals. - Bonus: experience with healthcare data protection or supporting privacy programs in regulated industries. Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Flexible working hours. - Dynamic work environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged. Core Values - Ruthless Prioritization: We don’t let perfect get in the way of progress. We move quickly to drive value, not perfection. We prioritize what drives impact. We never compromise on standards of excellence. - Member-First, Always: We design and deliver like we’re caring for someone we love. We create calendar, actionable, human experience. We prioritize responsiveness, peace of mind, and outcomes. We empower members with truth, clarity, and care. - One Team, Moving Fast: We are aligned in purpose, prioritization, and speed. We gather diverse perspectives to make informed decisions. We clear paths for each other and move fast together. We communicate clearly and respectfully, rallying around shared goals. - Radical Ownership, Relentless Execution: We don’t just ship– we own outcomes and drive results. We act with urgency and precision. We anticipate, initiate, and follow through. We meet challenges with grit and pragmatism. We embrace new tech to deliver better outcomes. - Mission Over Ego: We are ruthlessly aligned to our mission– and leave ego at the door. We disagree and commit. We don't tolerate politics or withholding information. We operate with honesty, transparency, and respect. - Sustained Integrity in Every Detail: We earn trust by obsessing over accuracy, quality, and clarity in everything we do. We prioritize clinical precision– data must be right. We sweat the details because outcomes depend on them.
