Role Description We are seeking a creative and passionate Client Success Manager to join our growing team. You will work directly with our B2B clients (including employers, channel partners, and brokers) to enroll employees, maintain high client satisfaction, and expand account opportunities. - The ideal candidate can effectively manage a diverse portfolio of clients toward program excellence. - Personalize awareness and enrollment strategies. - Work cross-functionally to get the job done. - Navigate ambiguity and excel in a fast-paced environment. - Your contributions will play a critical role in shaping the future of our client and member experience as we scale from hundreds of thousands of members to millions. - Travel is expected for this role on an occasional basis, approximately every other month. Key Responsibilities - Manage client relationships: - Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. - Build trusted relationships, work toward client goals, and develop tailored plans for success. - Demonstrate and maximize client value: - Own client reporting, invoicing, and ROI. - Proactively identify risks and opportunities. - Host quarterly business reviews. - Drive enrollment: - Collaborate with clients to design and deliver targeted awareness and activation campaigns that maximize sign-ups. - Guide renewal and expansion: - Partner with clients and Function sales team to expand the eligible population, client contribution, and scope of covered products. - Optimize account health: - Track and report on key client success metrics, surface risks early, and develop action plans to maintain strong engagement. - Collaborate cross-functionally: - Work closely with Operations, B2B, and Data teams to address client needs, surface feedback, and improve delivery. - Champion client advocacy: - Engage customers as references, collect testimonials, and facilitate case studies. - Leverage success stories to highlight the value and impact of Function services. - Inspire senior client leaders: - Guide our partners in driving improvements in the health, well-being, and cost profile of eligible populations. Qualifications - 5+ years in client success, account management, or client-facing role in a high-growth startup. - Expertise with employee benefits, particularly health/wellness programs. - Experience driving B2B2C enrollment, including designing and implementing campaigns. - Background in the healthcare, wellness, public health, or benefits industry. - Experience using AI tools to increase efficiency and extend capabilities. - Comfort navigating (and leading) in a rapidly growing business, with an entrepreneurial mindset and positive attitude. - Excellent presentation skills. - Proven ability to manage client relationships, juggle multiple accounts, and maximize client retention and expansion. - Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.). - Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and clear in both verbal and written communication. - Resourceful and proactive, with an owner’s mentality and a growth mindset.
