Role Description The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) position is an opportunity lead and meeting generation role working in concert with FTI account management teams and direct sales professionals. Working from Salesforce, publicly available information from customer websites, industry associations, and business intelligence services, the ISR will call targeted customer contacts to introduce our solutions, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for the direct sales professionals.
