Senior Pharmacy Operations Manager

• Own the pharmacy vendor portfolio: primary, backup, regional, and specialty partners across both compounded and branded tiers • Design and maintain vendor scorecards; lead business reviews (QBRs) against SLAs for speed, accuracy, fill rate, and cost • Serve as the lead operator on pharmacy RFPs, contract renewals, and onboarding of new partners • Maintain contractual SLA documentation; flag compliance gaps and drive remediation with vendors • Build and own the vendor escalation playbook for supply disruptions, quality events, and service failures • Build and maintain a pharmacy cost model: acquisition cost by drug, formulation, strength, and vendor; track actuals vs. budget monthly • Lead pricing benchmarking across compounded and branded partners; surface optimization opportunities to leadership • Identify and model COGS levers: vendor-mix shifts, volume-tiered pricing, formulation substitutions, and compounding cost inputs • Partner with growth/finance on the pharmacy P&L; be the ops counterpart in monthly close reviews • Collaborate with clinical ops on formulary updates, titration protocol changes, and how they ripple into pharmacy workflows • Own the operational side of the order-to-ship pipeline; partner with product and engineering on pharmacy integration health • Bring the vendor and ops perspective into the pharmacy roadmap; flag where tech gaps create manual work or member risk • Own the end-to-end member experience for medication/prescription shipment SLA: define what we promise, measure adherence, and lead improvement initiatives • Partner with MX to build proactive shipment communication triggers (delay alerts, exception workflows) that reduce inbound contacts • Design and maintain the lost/delayed shipment playbook; own resolution workflows with vendors and MX • Drive data integration between pharmacy partners and internal systems to enable self-serve shipment tracking for members • Maintain working knowledge of 503A vs. 503B regulatory distinctions as they apply to our compounded network • Track third-party testing requirements (potency, sterility, endotoxins) across compounded partners; ensure testing cadence is met • Own the operational side of pharmacy recall and product withdrawal workflows • Support state board of pharmacy registration tracking across the vendor network • Partner with legal/compliance on any pharmacy-related regulatory inquiries or audits • Track FDA shortage list and vendor allocation signals proactively; maintain a real-time view of network supply health • Develop and maintain substitution and allocation playbooks for shortage scenarios across compounded and branded products • Build a 30/60/90-day demand forecast in partnership with the clinical and growth teams; translate into vendor capacity conversations • Own the compounding batch timing and inventory cycle in coordination with 503A/503B partners
Social Media Coordinator

• Lead the creation and execution of social content strategies that drive engagement, advocacy, and growth across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and other priority channels. • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize, produce, and publish compelling social content that resonates with Found’s community. • Proactively monitor social conversations, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand, and compliant way to keep content relevant and engaging. • Identify trending topics, sentiment shifts, and emerging narratives to inform content ideation, campaign planning, and social strategy. • Surface and amplify member success stories, testimonials, and organic advocacy through original posts, repurposed content, and creative storytelling formats. • Maintain and evolve social voice and content guidelines to ensure consistency, authenticity, and community resonance across platforms. • Support escalation protocols for issues requiring support, clinical, or PR response. • Regularly share community insights with Product, Clinical, and Marketing teams to inform roadmap and messaging. • Flag early indicators of potential reputation issues or emerging crises to marketing leadership. • Partner with the Member Experience team to ensure handoffs are seamless and member experience is protected. • Track review volume, sentiment trends, and escalation patterns across platforms. • Support day-to-day communication and relationship management with Found's creator and ambassador network, in close coordination with Found's creator agency. • Coordinate content approvals, asset sharing, and campaign participation for creator partners. • Serve as an internal point of contact for agency workflows, ensuring briefs, timelines, and deliverables stay on track. • Help maintain a pipeline of community-sourced voices who can authentically represent the Found experience.
• Identify, research, and prospect high-potential growth partners in the small business ecosystem. Own the full deal cycle: outreach, pitch, deal structuring, negotiation, and contract. • Design and negotiate commission and referral structures that grow volume while keeping our acquisition costs healthy. • Onboard new partners and work directly with product and engineering to design low friction onboarding flows & implement effective incentive structures. • Own the outcomes of the channel: the customers, the revenue, and the ROI it delivers. Manage relationships across your partner portfolio, running regular performance reviews against clear goals and renegotiating as partners scale. • Build co-marketing, enablement, and cross-sell plans, and equip partners with the assets and product knowledge they need to convert. Keep partners on-brand and compliant — this is fintech, and the details matter. • Spot underperformers, diagnose why, and either fix the partnership or move on — you decide where the channel's energy goes. • Build the forecasts, budgets, and per-partner goals for the channel, and report on conversion, CAC, and revenue against them. • Partner with Analytics and Marketing Ops to track program performance, stand up the tracking and integrations partnerships depend on (e.g. Impact), and separate what's working from what isn't.
• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Make sure Found shows up accurately and favorably when self-employed business owners ask AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews for banking recommendations. Drive both the strategy and content development to deliver results. • SEO: Drive organic search strategy end to end — keyword strategy, on-page optimization, content briefs, and technical SEO partnership — to grow qualified organic traffic. Drive both the strategy and content development to deliver results. • Website & resource center: Drive conversion improvements through continuous testing of our brand messaging and developing content needed to convince customers Found is the best solution for their business. • App Store Listing (ASO): Own and continuously improve Found’s iOS and Android app store listings — screenshots, descriptions, and keywords — to maximize visibility and conversion. • Reviews, Ratings & Social Listening: Monitor and respond to reviews and social mentions across app stores, Trustpilot, and social platforms, and surface recurring themes back to product and CX. • Reddit & Community: Own Found’s voice and presence on Reddit and similar communities where self-employed people trade banking and finance advice — engaging authentically, correcting misinformation, and building trust. • Cross-functional partnership: Partner with Growth on new channel experimentation (e.g., LinkedIn) as opportunities emerge.

Medical Director – Part-Time

Legal Operations & Contracts Manager – Part-Time
