What You Will be doing: - Provide technical expertise to support the architecture, installation and planning of audio, video and control solutions. - Complete documentation with a high degree of quality and follow Technical Services Standards, including: - CAD drawings (flows, plans, elevations, details) - System descriptions - Equipment research and selection - Custom product design - System integration - Research and analyze the capabilities of available hardware and software options. - Design audiovisual systems of various hardware and software components that work together as one integrated system and that meet customer’s specific needs. - Support projects and our team throughout the implementation process. Qualifications - 3+ years of Design Engineering experience is preferred. - Prior experience in the service and installation of audio, video and presentation systems. - Knowledgeable of control systems (Crestron, QSC, Extron, AMX) and DSP platforms (Biamp, QSC, Clearone, BSS). - Ability to prepare, understand, and interpret advanced single-line diagrams, architectural, construction, and electrical drawings. - Knowledge of project financial reports, and the ability to control costs in the design and management of projects is essential. - Ability to read engineering schematics and communicate design intent. - CTS and CTS-D certifications are a plus, but not required with the right experience. Any other industry related certs or training are also a plus (Ex: Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, Shure etc.). Role Description The Senior Manager of Central Resources provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Central Resources (CR) team, ensuring high-quality, competitive services to branch operations. This role directs CR managers and supervisors, enhances the branch experience, and ensures centralized services remain cost-effective and competitive with third-party vendors. What You Will Be Doing: - Define and execute the strategic direction of Central Resources to support branch operations. - Partner with manufacturers and internal leaders (Innovation, Delivery, Service, Practices, Operations) to enhance quality, standards, and new product deployment. - Serve as liaison between branches and CR to ensure alignment and clear communication. - Lead internal project kick-offs, knowledge sharing, and design reviews. - Lead and develop CR managers and supervisors, including Installation, Engineering, CAD, and Scheduling functions. - Align career development and training with company partnerships, sales levels, and industry trends. - Establish KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of Central Resources performance, technical standards, and project delivery. - Regularly report on the adoption of standardized methodologies, the success of Central Resources, and project outcomes to senior leadership. Role Description The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a pivotal role within FORTÉ by serving as the initial point of contact for service issues being reported by our customers. This role will support FORTÉ Customers and will be a member of the ProSupport Services team. This person will be responsible for: - Incident Management - Service Requests - Ticket Ownership - Reporting - Events - Problem Management It will support the Service Contracts sold by the branch and MS Practice to achieve our business revenue, gross profit (GP) and profitability objectives. Role Description The Program Manager’s primary objective is to ensure a consistent experience for our enterprise customers as FORTÉ delivers our portfolio of services directly and through trusted partnerships, including our Global Presence Alliance. - Ensure consistency in communications and adherence to our customer and FORTÉ standards. - Ensure billing, documentation, tracking and other correspondence is delivered to our customer accurately, on-time and to the mutually agreed upon formats. - Partner with the enterprise sales representative to serve as a primary point of contact for our customers. - Lead the accumulation of KPIs and other key customer data provided during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and in other customer touchpoints. Qualifications - Previous experience in project management of AV, Digital Signage, Unified Communications or Building Technology projects. Program Management preferred. - Experience leading a team. - Ability to interpret engineering schematics and to communicate design intent to customers and team members. - PMP Certification preferred. - Industry certifications are a plus: CTS AVIXA, ITIL. The Associate Program Manager is responsible for managing customer programs focused primarily on a single lifecycle engagement while ensuring alignment between sales, project delivery, and service teams within the assigned scope of responsibility. This role serves as an entry level program management position within the FORTÉ Program Management organization and is designed to develop future Program Managers through direct ownership of smaller programs and tactical engagements. The Associate Program Manager maintains program visibility, facilitates communication between stakeholders, and ensures program activities are executed in alignment with customer expectations and FORTÉ standards. Typically, will focus on single lifecycle (Sales, Projects, or Service), programs with defined scope and limited organizational complexity.
