Role Description As part of the IT team, this role primarily focuses on delivering dashboards, reports, and datasets that impact organizational imperatives and the wider business. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders, understanding business deliverables, and designing and implementing self-service analytics and reporting. - Develop reports and dashboards using enterprise BI tools such as Looker and Power BI. - Ability to extract data from different data sources using SQL, Python, or other scripting tools to feed reports and dashboards. - Manage and maintain data pipelines needed for dashboard reporting. - Collaborate with other teams to scope requirements and deliver dashboards and reports for different stakeholders. - Develop visualizations such as dashboards, reports, and charts, and advise business partners on data patterns and relationships to recommend strategic directions. - Contribute to the design and architecture of services and data. - Working knowledge and ability to work with Java/Go and cloud platforms. - Able to turn large amounts of raw data into actionable information. - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Be a team player with strong business ethics. Qualifications - 6+ years demonstrated experience with a Bachelor's degree - 4+ years demonstrated experience with a Master’s degree - A professional with solid knowledge of fundamental concepts and organizational practices, working on smaller projects - Exercises judgment in the absence of prescribed guidelines or policies to determine appropriate action Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
