• Supports sales growth by serving as a central point of coordination for RFP efforts, voice-of-customer insights, market research, and sales enablement. • Works closely with internal stakeholders, including the RFP Operations Team, Product Strategy, Sales, Sales Support, and Sales Leadership, to ensure inputs are organized, insights are synthesized, and deliverables are timely, accurate, and aligned to business priorities. • Serves as the primary point of contact from the Sales team for RFP responses, partnering with RFP Operations Team members responsible for process management and document assembly. • Collaborates with Sales, Product, RFP Operations Team, and other stakeholders to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment with sales strategy. • Supports the continued development and maintenance of a well-organized, accurate RFP content library. • Aggressively seeks proposal opportunities matched to FLVS’s organizational goals and FlexPoint revenue priorities using software, contact with affiliates and partners, and referrals from stakeholders. • Facilitates discussion of and recommends go/no go action on available proposals and applications to the FlexPoint Leadership Team. • Schedules and facilitates proposal and application kick-off meetings; attends meetings related to question-and-answer periods held by proposers; and coordinates internal attendance at formal presentations. • Works closely with the Product Team to collect, organize, and synthesize voice-of-customer feedback. • Synthesizes feedback into clear themes and summaries to support product discussions and enhancement planning. • Ensures customer insights are documented and shared consistently across teams. • Presents regularly themes, summaries, and product recommendations to leadership. • Supports market, competitor, and opportunity research that aligns with sales strategy, RFP strategy, and growth initiatives. • Collaborates with AAA and Product Teams to ensure cross-departmental alignment and development of market, competitor, and opportunity presentations for leadership. • Supports ad hoc research requests, as needed, aligned to strategic growth priorities. • Maintains and updates core sales resources, messaging, and materials. • Coordinates with Sales Leadership to ensure enablement assets are accessible, current, and aligned with product positioning. • Assists with preparing content for internal trainings, sales meetings, strategic initiatives, and leadership meetings.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across all levels and departments • Champion a data-driven approach by tracking key recruiting metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with team members to refine and scale hiring workflows • Act as a candidate experience ambassador throughout the recruitment lifecycle • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define position scope, requirements, and success profiles • Create and manage tailored interview questions and panel guides aligned with job requirements and compliance • Provide HR representation in panel interviews; guides interview panel process and uploads panel guides to ATS ensuring best practices and compliance throughout the process

• support FlexPoint leadership and Sales Team members with end-to-end travel coordination, expense management, and regional conference/event registration • manage the implementation of travel workflows • support team members in complying with Florida State Statute and FLVS travel policy • track travel budgets, and facilitate vendor registration and processes for regional conferences and field events • coordinate travel and regional event and conference planning, including air, hotel, ground transportation, and ancillary travel per policy • optimize itineraries for cost, time, and safety; monitoring disruptions (delays/cancellations) to proactively reschedule travel or events as needed • partner with the internal Expense Team, as well as the organization's travel agency, as needed • support staff compliance with FLVS travel and expense policies and procedures; elevate receipt or documentation concerns to leadership • track travel and event/conference budgets by team and team member to produce monthly dashboards on spending and average cost per trip • collaborate as necessary with Finance regarding reimbursements, PCard support, and required timelines • support conference registration workflows including, timeline, approvals, travel blocks, marketing requests, housing, and shipping deadlines • coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and others as needed for pre-event planning and post-event tasks; support pre- and post-conference tasks

• The Software Developer designs, builds, and supports learning systems application development and 3rd party product integrations. • Additionally, the Software Developer provides specific 3rd tier support for learning system applications. • The Software Developer is required to provide daily status reports to their supervisor in the Information Technology (IT) department. • Develop and manage effective working relationships with other departments, groups, and personnel with whom work must be coordinated or interfaced. • Develop, test, document, and implement high quality learning system applications on time that perform according to specifications and requirements documents. • Analyze performance of programs and takes action to correct deficiencies. • Develop and adhere to development standards that allow for the maintainability of code in a manner that supports team development. • Participate in the modification of software applications or architecture to resolve issues and plan for future growth. • Participate in code reviews and meetings as necessary. • Attend daily stand-ups to provide status reports for current projects. • Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrate respect for others.
