• Support collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the firm by project managing, drafting, proofreading, formatting, and producing high-quality digital newsletters. • Coordinate with colleagues across the firm to gather and refine content. • Review performance and recommend optimizations to both content and process based on feedback and analytics. • Coordinate firm-wide communications by gathering information, drafting, proofreading, and producing announcements via email, intranet, and town hall/meeting presentations, in alignment with the firm’s visual and writing brand standards. • Schedule and coordinate firm-wide meetings as needed. • Optimize intranet by regularly posting events and announcements, updating content and documents, coordinating with practice groups and departments to ensure accuracy, and testing functionality and new features. • Assist in maintaining editorial calendar and coordinating messaging schedules. • Manage and support a wide range of digital communications, including building, proofreading, publishing, optimizing, and/or tracking performance of marketing content on the firm’s website, social media, email channels, and third-party platforms, such as legal directories, event sites, and media outlets. • Coordinate the editorial production cycle by liaising with content writers and approvers, managing the editorial calendar, targeting content, optimizing by channel, providing quality review, responding to user feedback, and reviewing and communicating delivery success and results. • Assist in maintaining and optimizing the firm’s website by testing new features and logging bugs and potential enhancements. • Serve as a super user of the team’s project management tool. Maintain excellent knowledge of team processes for both internal and external communications and advise on how to leverage the PM tool to coordinate and achieve the team’s goals. • Support on data management and reporting within the tool. • Monitor key personnel updates across the firm and communicate to team members when marketing material updates are required. • Manage contact data in the firm’s email client to improve integrity and support email deliverability.

• Provide high level, hands-on consulting and coaching to operations staff managers • Assist managers in assessing training needs and identifying opportunities for employee development • Help determine appropriate strategies to achieve identified needs through innovative programs • Provide compensation administration and consulting to assist in attracting and retaining staff • Assist with managing the firm-wide performance management process for operations staff • Oversee firm-wide bank of job descriptions and ensure existing descriptions remain current • Develop and implement management training programs • Conduct internal fact findings and investigations • Manage projects such as survey participation and analysis, work authorizations and applications for permanent residency • Work with HRIS and IT staff to ensure the HRIS software system meets the firm’s needs

• Master the fundamentals and intricacies of law firm pricing, and associated operations and analysis • Prepare and analyze reports to ensure data integrity, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain accurate financial system data • Implement, monitor, and support client pricing in alignment with contractual requirements and internal guidelines, ensuring accurate setup, approvals, and billing execution • Problem-solve to address pricing-related inquiries from other departments, attorneys, senior management and outside clients • Provide financial analysis of our legal practice groups and other aspects of the firm's operations • Produce ad hoc and standardized monthly and quarterly management reports and presentations • Grow your knowledge base and responsibility over time in all aspects of the firm’s financial management

• Maintain proficient level of knowledge of and advise on ethical requirements across relevant jurisdictions, including the ABA model rules, Title 37 C.F.R., and other relevant legal ethics issues • Provide research, analysis, and recommendations to ensure the firm’s compliance • Analyze conflict of interest reports, identify and resolve potential conflicts of interest • Work and communicate directly with the firm’s attorneys and their assistants to resolve potential conflicts issues • Research lateral candidate issues, including former government employee requirements and state adoption of ABA Model Rules – and draft appropriate waivers or notices, and declarations • Manage Intake Committee meetings and support committee members with business research and other assistance as needed • Train Conflicts staff on identifying and resolving complex ethical and subject matter conflicts in connection with new business and lateral hire reviews • Advise Conflicts staff regarding business and ethical conflict of interest issues, including the creation or modification of ethical walls • Assist attorneys, paralegals, assistants and operations staff with understanding the firm’s new business and lateral review policies and procedures • Assist with ongoing maintenance of conflicts database information to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Work with department leadership to document and improve current processes and procedures
