Associate Partner

FICO

• Develop and execute the partner sales and go-to-market strategy across MSPs. • Establish, negotiate, and close strategic partnership agreements that create mutual value for FICO and its partners. • Build joint solutions that integrate the FICO Platform and AI capabilities into partner offerings, delivering differentiated intellectual property to the market. • Own the rhythm of business with your partners, including forecasting channel sales, managing pipeline, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. • Serve as the strategic and commercial point of accountability for each partnership across its full lifecycle. • Coordinate closely with internal strategy and execution teams to align on priorities and deliver against shared goals. • Represent FICO at customer, partner, and industry events to build visibility and strengthen relationships. • Drive the expansion and deepening of foundational partnerships, evolving them into long-term, high-value strategic relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Experience building and nurturing strategic business partnerships with MSPs, solutions providers, or other SaaS/cloud resellers.
  • Proven experience within the financial partner ecosystem and system integrators.
  • Demonstrated success in forecasting channel sales, exceeding quotas, and driving the rhythm of business with MSP partners.
  • Experience in presenting at customer, partner, or industry events.
  • Understanding of cloud economics, MSP partner agreement constructs, and associated financial implications.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape, financial structures, and experience in orchestrating mutually beneficial business models.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record in driving sales execution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Portuguese, English and Spanish).
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and business development.

Role Description The Senior Platform Partnership BD Manager, TikTok For Business position is a remote, work-from-home role, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners. Acceleration Partners is hiring a Senior Platform Partnership Business Development Manager to own and grow platform and API partnerships that drive SMB advertiser acquisition and revenue at scale for our client, TikTok For Business. This role will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market: structuring deals, deepening technical integrations, and accelerating how partners bring TikTok For Business to their merchants and clients. The most critical phase of this role spans from initial business development through complete partner onboarding and integration. The ideal candidate is a true hunter: someone who can identify and close new partnership opportunities and then drive them all the way through to live, operational integrations. We’re looking for a fast learner with commercial instincts and the technical curiosity to bridge the gap between business development and engineering.
