Role Description This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of an established, high-performing sales team at a critical inflection point. You will inherit and lead a team of 3 Account Executives and 2 BDR’s, with a mandate to coach them to consistent quota attainment, refine our sales process, and build the playbook that will allow us to scale the team over the next 12-18 months. This role reports directly to the CEO. You will spend the majority of your time building processes, coaching teams/hiring, pipeline inspection and helping shape our go-to-market strategy as we expand beyond our core ICP. - Current ICP is early-stage founders of tech companies (pre-seed through Series A). - Average contract value - $10K - $50K - Average deal cycle - less than 2 months What You'll Do - Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Account Executives and 2 BDR’s, with full responsibility for team quota attainment and individual performance. - Run the operating cadence of the sales team: pipeline reviews, 1:1s, deal strategy sessions, and weekly forecasting. - Refine and document our sales playbook: qualification, discovery, demo, and closing motions. - Own hiring and onboarding as we grow the Sales team, partnering with the CEO on headcount planning. - Collaborate closely with leadership, Marketing, and Strategy/Operations teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and seller experience (e.g. automation). - Jump into strategic deals as an executive sponsor and help AEs navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. - Provide an immediate and long-term impact on growing Every's sales function. Qualifications - 7-10+ years of tech sales experience, including 2+ years directly managing a team of full-cycle Account Executives, and BDR’s. - A proven track record of leading teams to consistently exceed quota. - Strong coaching skills with a track record of developing reps into top performers. - Deep familiarity with outbound prospecting motions and the ability to coach reps on building net-new pipeline. - Experience building or refining sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting methodologies. - Polished communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to leadership. - Experience with common sales tech stack (i.e. lead sourcing, CRM, engagement platforms). - Experience selling to (and managing teams who sell to) companies with < 50 employees (think "SMB"). Bonus Points - Working at a start-up, and specifically being the first sales leadership hire or part of the founding GTM team. - Working in fintech, and specifically for companies who offer banking and/or payroll products. - Experience scaling a sales team from <5 to 10+ reps. - Owning your own business (any kind). Location - Fully remote and based in the U.S. - Up to 10% travel for conferences and/or HQ visit.
Onboarding Specialist

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers from contract signature through go-live • Lead Zoom onboarding calls to configure payroll, bookkeeping, taxes, and other Every products, walking customers through setup step by step • Coordinate internally across Every's Payroll, Tax, Bookkeeping, and other product teams to ensure customer tasks are completed on time • Own the full contract process: send, track, follow up, and confirm signatures • Update billing systems accurately when contracts are executed • Proactively manage open items, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple customer onboardings simultaneously • Surface blockers early and drive resolution, whether the issue sits with the customer or internally • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and clearly, same-day, always • Build and refine onboarding playbooks as we scale
Operations Specialist

• Manage end-to-end customer onboarding for banking, treasury, and card products — including collection, review, and verification of KYC/KYB documentation in line with regulatory and partner requirements. • Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) by validating entity structures, beneficial ownership, UBOs, and control persons; assess risk and escalate higher-risk cases as needed. • Serve as the operational liaison with banking, treasury, and card network partners (e.g., Visa) to resolve onboarding issues, respond to compliance inquiries, and support approvals. • Maintain accurate onboarding records and workflows, ensuring audit-ready documentation, adherence to AML policies, and continuous improvement of onboarding processes and controls.
Senior Credit Analyst

• Review inbound charge card applications and make approve / decline / manual review recommendations • Handle manual reviews for edge cases, exception requests, and higher-limit applications • Document your decisioning rationale clearly for each application • Manage the application queue and keep turnaround times tight for applicants • Apply and refine underwriting criteria, scoring logic, and credit limits by customer segment • Analyze repayment data to spot patterns and recommend adjustments • Help build out decisioning criteria as we accumulate more repayment and transaction history • Flag anomalies, fraud signals, and high-risk patterns to leadership • Track portfolio performance: delinquency rates, payment failures, ACH returns, and loss trends • Surface early warning signals and recommend proactive interventions • Produce regular reporting on portfolio health for internal stakeholders • Support compliance with relevant regulations (ECOA, Fair Lending, NACHA) • Partner with product and engineering on credit tooling, including application flows, internal review dashboards, and repayment infrastructure • Work with operations on collections, customer escalations, and disputes • Contribute to vendor evaluations for credit bureaus, bank data providers, and fraud tools

We're looking for a hybrid Customer Success expert to join our team. This role combines technical account management and product management responsibilities. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success while driving continuous product improvements and automation.
