Senior Manager, Digital Experience – Front-Office Applications

• Own and prioritize the front‑office application roadmap, including e‑commerce, customer portals, and shared services platforms, ensuring alignment to business value and capacity. • Lead execution and delivery of front-office initiatives with predictable outcomes across cost, schedule, quality and operational performance. • Translate enterprise strategy into domain‑level roadmaps and sequenced delivery plans, resolving priority, capacity, and dependency tradeoffs within the front‑office scope. • Serve as the single point of accountability for front‑office application health, availability, performance, and delivery outcomes. • Partner with business leaders and BRMs to intake demand and make prioritization decisions within the front‑office domain, ensuring scope, tradeoffs, and delivery expectations are explicit and transparent.
• As a PMO representative, oversee multiple projects within a program or functional area to ensure cohesive delivery aligned with organizational goals. • Manage project governance, reporting, and performance metrics. • Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Identify dependencies and manage risks across projects. • Engage senior stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. • Drive continuous improvement and implement industry standards. • Participate in the exchange of ideas and information within the PMO, IT department, and with others to ensure that best practices are shared throughout the organization. • Ensure 100% adherence to all IT and organizational policy, processes, and procedures. • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively, making customer concerns a priority.

• Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs across the plant and enterprise. • Assist in assessing organizational and role-based development needs. • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials, curricula, and learning resources. • Collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, and departments to identify training needs and priorities. • Help plan, coordinate, and support training sessions, including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training. • Assist with facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and e-learning initiatives as needed. • Support evaluation of training effectiveness and incorporation of feedback for continuous improvement. • Maintain training records, documentation, and learning management system data. • Provide logistical and administrative support for training initiatives to ensure smooth execution.
• Build eLearning modules using Articulate Rise and Storyline and micro-learnings using 7Taps • Develop instructor led and virtual training materials using PowerPoint and quick reference guides and handouts in Canva • Convert existing documentation, presentations, and content into learner friendly formats • Develop job aids, facilitator guides, and participant materials • Update and maintain enterprise-wide training content • Apply ERMCO branding, accessibility, and formatting standards • Perform self-checks prior to submitting work for review • Build scalable learning assets that support leadership programs and initiatives • Develop reusable modules, decks, and learning resources aligned to enterprise needs • Review the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and metrics analysis, recommending improvements as necessary.
• Support enterprise talent strategy initiatives, including performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and competency or skills-based frameworks. • Assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of talent management tools, processes, and resources. • Partner with the Talent Strategy leader to translate business and workforce needs into actionable talent insights and support materials. • Collect, analyze, and maintain talent-related data to support performance, development, and workforce planning efforts. • Prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries for talent reviews, leadership discussions, and ongoing program evaluation. • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve talent effectiveness and organizational outcomes. • Support performance management cycles and related system activities, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and reporting. • Collaborate with HR partners, business leaders, and subject-matter experts to support enterprise talent initiatives.
• Create, manage, and maintain engineering documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, BOMs, manuals, test reports, compliance certificates, redlines and engineering change notices (ECNs). • Act as the central communication point between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure documentation updates are accurate, complete, and properly distributed. • Administer and maintain document control systems (PLM/ERP/DMS such as SAP, Windchill, Arena, Agile, or equivalent), ensuring accurate version control, revision tracking, metadata management, and approval workflows. • Review and verify documentation for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry norms. • Support engineers and project teams by formatting, organizing, and preparing technical documents and templates in alignment with documentation standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of product updates, engineering changes, and new product introductions. • Process and coordinate Redlines and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) by ensuring proper review, approval routing, documentation updates, and controlled release to production and quality departments. • Maintain configuration management principles, ensuring documents, revisions, and drawing histories are traceable, archived, and accessible for audits or future reference.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within strategic accounts to maximize revenue and profitability. • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions. • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business challenges and aligning ERMCO’s offerings accordingly. • Prepare and present regular business reviews, forecasts, and account plans to both customers and internal leadership. • Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company guidelines and customer expectations. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic account management plans. • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalations to maintain positive relationships.
• Lead the design and development of transformers or related components ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, CSA) and customer specifications • Conduct advanced engineering analyses to optimize product performance, cost, and efficiency addressing complex design challenges • Perform and oversee failure analysis on design-related issues identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability • Provide technical leadership in design reviews guiding decisions and ensuring alignment with project objectives and customer requirements • Mentor and guide junior engineers by offering technical expertise support and development opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing quality assurance supply chain sales and customer service to ensure successful integration of designs into production • Prepare and maintain detailed engineering documentation including design specifications test plans and technical reports • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and ensure competitive product designs • Lead continuous improvement initiatives promoting innovation and efficiency in design processes and methodologies
• Lead and manage multiple teams of engineering professionals, including managers and senior individual contributors, responsible for the design and development of transformers and related components. • Oversee the design, development, optimization, and execution of three-phase distribution transformers. • Manage the overall product scope in relation to the production lines assigned to this role. • Drive the tactical execution of engineering strategies, ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and time targets while adhering to company-wide strategic goals. • Provide cross-functional leadership, working closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales, and customer service to align engineering initiatives with broader business strategies and customer needs. • Develop and implement engineering strategies that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product performance and quality across teams and product lines. • Mentor and develop junior managers and senior engineers, fostering leadership capabilities and ensuring succession planning within the engineering organization. • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, CSA) and regulatory requirements (e.g. DOE) for transformer and product design within the engineering function. • Manage budgets and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within financial and resource constraints. • Lead risk management and problem-solving activities, guiding teams through unforeseen challenges to deliver successful project outcomes. • Promote and uphold safety standards within the engineering teams and throughout project execution. • Implement, monitor and manage performance metrics, ensuring that engineering KPIs align with business objectives and drive measurable success.
