Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Content Development, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field OR 2 years of experience in content development or a related field.
  • Experience developing learning or training materials in a corporate environment
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise, Storyline, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written, visual, and organizational skills

As a Senior CX Learning Specialist, at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are responsible for ensuring that new Customer Experience Agents are onboarded effectively into their role.
