• Own and grow the sale of advertising and sponsored placements across the Eneba website (banners, featured listings, homepage and category placements, and other on-site media inventory). • Build and manage a pipeline of advertiser clients, with a focus on large brands, publishers, and agencies. • Lead the full sales cycle end to end: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and renewing ad placement deals. • Develop compelling, data-backed media proposals and pricing that demonstrate clear value and ROI to advertisers. • Build long-term relationships with key accounts and grow recurring ad revenue from existing partners. • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to package inventory, report on campaign performance, and shape new ad placements. • Consistently meet and exceed individual ad-revenue targets as a senior individual contributor.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in media/advertising sales, partnerships, or B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling products or services to large enterprise companies.
- Demonstrated success closing significant deals with big-brand or enterprise clients and hitting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure and close advertising agreements independently.
- Great understanding of digital advertising and online media (display, sponsored placements, performance metrics, CPM/CPC, etc.).
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, able to craft and present persuasive value propositions to senior stakeholders.
- A results-driven, self-directed mindset suited to a senior individual contributor role.
- Experience selling ad inventory or media on tech or gaming platforms.

The Role The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is responsible for day-to-day account management and long-term account strategy across a Tier 2 book of business. This role owns retention, expansion, and overall account health while serving as the strategic quarterback for complex districts.
