Job Description
Category Manager
Eneba
• Own the non-gaming category performance: top-up cards, e-money prepaid, software, and adjacent digital products. • Design and maintain the fee and margin structure across the category — running analysis to identify optimization opportunities and implementing changes in collaboration with finance and tech. • Analyse category data (conversion, GMV, margin, attach rates) to surface trends, flag issues, and propose actionable improvements. • Manage the supplier and partner portfolio for the category — onboarding new products, renegotiating terms, and ensuring catalogue completeness. • Coordinate cross-functional projects: fee structure rollouts, new product integrations, category page improvements. • Define KPIs and build reporting frameworks to track category health on an ongoing basis.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in category management, product management, or operations in e-commerce or digital goods.
- Strong analytical background — able to build and interpret data models, work with dashboards, and translate numbers into decisions.
- Experience designing or optimizing pricing/fee structures is a significant advantage.
- Structured project management approach: comfortable driving multi-stakeholder initiatives from scoping to delivery.
- Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset — always looking for ways to make things more efficient and scalable.
- Business-level English; clear written communication skills essential.
Benefits
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
