Job Description
Category Manager – Digital Gaming Products
Eneba
• Own the category. You're the person accountable for gaming category performance. That means tracking the right KPIs, understanding the levers, and making decisions — not waiting for someone else to flag problems. • Drive margin and fee optimisation. Design and maintain the fee and margin structure across the category. Run regular analysis to identify optimisation opportunities, build the case, and implement changes in partnership with finance and tech. • Turn data into action. Analyse conversion, GMV, margin, and attach rate data to surface trends, catch issues early, and propose concrete improvements. You're comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards, and you know how to tell a story with numbers. • Manage the supplier and partner portfolio. Onboard new products, renegotiate commercial terms, and ensure catalogue completeness. You'll build and maintain relationships with suppliers and hold partners accountable to performance. • Coordinate cross-functional projects. Lead initiatives that span teams — fee structure rollouts, new product integrations, category page improvements. You know how to get things done without direct authority. • Build the reporting framework. Define KPIs, build reporting infrastructure, and create the visibility that keeps stakeholders aligned on category health.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years in category management, commercial management, or a similar role — ideally in e-commerce or a marketplace
- Strong analytical skills: you can own a P&L, model a fee structure, and pull insight from messy data
- Commercial instinct — you think in terms of margin, growth, and competitive positioning
- Experience managing external partners or suppliers
- Confident running cross-functional projects and influencing without authority
- Familiarity with the gaming or digital goods market is a strong plus
- Fluent in English; other languages a bonus
Benefits
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
