• A senior Performance & Leadership coach that can help managers improve performance practices through observing, coaching, challenging and providing practical support. • The resource will be part of a performance enablement team, working together with the Performance Management Lead and HR Excellence Lead. • The mission of this team is to increase manager capability in performance management practices so that it becomes normal management practice. • The coach would act as behavioural change agent, supporting this mission by: - Attending leadership and management meetings to strengthen accountability, and provide feedback and coaching; - Identifying patterns across teams and advising on capability gaps; - Helping managers prepare for difficult performance and development discussions; - Helping managers set clear results and expectations and provide meaningful feedback; - Reviewing performance cases and provide guidance on managing issues consistently and fairly; - Coaching managers to have regular, high-quality performance conversations; - Challenging leaders when performance is not being discussed; - Following up with managers to reinforce behaviours.

• Provide governance and coordination support for enterprise cybersecurity governance activities. • Support Cyber Lessons Learned coordination and process support. • Provide oversight for Cybersecurity Scorecard processes. • Assist in coordinating stakeholders and supporting reporting activities. • Ensure that cybersecurity governance processes are executed in a structured and traceable manner.

• Building a mock-up environment on the NATO Software Factory to replicate the functionalities that exist in the operational version of COMS today. • Capturing the requirements and demonstrating to industry the functionalities of the current capabilities by demonstrating on the mock-up environment. • Identify and capture the functional and non-functional requirements of what COMS is able to deliver today into a NATO AQAP conforming format. • Create a recorded video introducing what COMS is today, and going through the different requirements captured in D2. • Present a live demo of the COMS mock-up environment as part of an industry engagement day organized by NCIA.

• Providing consultative support for industry to develop an NGN Comms Architecture Study. • Drafting a 5G white paper in NCIA standard technical report format for one of the technical topics that are relevant to NATO. • Updating the 5G readiness assessment that was previously conducted. • Drafting a technical report to update the previous assessment of the use of 5G/6G technologies for military applications. • Delivering a brief presentation for the MN5G Project Board to present the findings of the technical assessment. • Performing a review of Network Management and Cyber Defense (NMCD).

• Design and validate the ADatP-36 and STANAG 5659 security & / DSIG improvements • Collaborate with team members from NCIA, The Hague, The Netherlands • Participate in the development and testing of security-enabled communication protocols • Support the planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of validation and interoperability events • Maintain and update the development backlog, including progress reporting, comments, risk identification, and issue tracking • Produce agreed technical deliverables in accordance with defined acceptance criteria, quality standards, and timelines • Ensure structured knowledge transfer to NCIA personnel and designated stakeholders throughout the contract execution

• Support the preparation of a new release of the JChat Java Client. • Support the preparation of a new release of the JChat Web Client. • Support the preparation of a new release of the JChat Openfire Server. • Support the preparation of a new release of the M-Link server for JChat. • Represent the JChat team in test events. • Maintain the development pipeline.

• Provide Senior Full Stack Software Development Services to architect, develop, implement, integrate, and deploy Full Stack application meant for analytical capabilities for the Toolbox platform that is being developed by NCIA. • Develop tailored tools to enable and facilitate demonstration of the results, maintain dashboards and information management artefacts and furthermore, provide on-site support to the workshops that will be organized within the scope of PoW projects. • Support NCIA in the NATO Programmes of Work with CDT in the area of software development for digital innovation and technology applications. • Develop advanced application capabilities for analysts, enabling the exploration, analysis, and synthesis of strategic foresight analysis data through complex, multi-step user experience workflows, including cross-article reasoning, topic engineering, source intelligence, and relevance assessment. • Deliver deployment-ready solutions that are compatible with restricted and secure environments, including solutions subject to accreditation for NATO UNCLASSIFIED (NU) deployment, capable of operating under governance, security, and operational constraints beyond standard commercial systems.

• Support NATO's modernisation of IT services through cloud technologies. • Manage deployment, security, and compliance of corporate devices using Microsoft Intune. • Develop and enforce device management policies. • Automate administrative tasks and ensure device health. • Monitor and analyze device compliance and usage reports. • Provide expert support to end users and IT staff. • Work within the NATO Cloud Operations team to ensure effective delivery of IT services. • Collaborate with various IT teams to optimize Intune environment. • Maintain security and compliance of device fleet and protect sensitive data. • Participate in daily status updates and sprint planning activities.

• Provide support to Project Managers (PM) and Operations Specialists of the Operations Support (OSS) Branch, and other PMs or JISR administrative team on an as-need basis. • Provide support toPMs for Acquisition, Service Now Dashboards, Coordination of meetings, Follow-up of procurements and internal reviews, request new- or extend Reach accounts and laptops for contractors • Monitor & control non-complex small projects • Coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
