• Plan, deploy & support Azure Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) implementations. • Scale Sets, host pool management and automation. • Azure AD SSO for cloud applications and API scripting. • Azure migration from On-Prem/Cloud to Azure Platform. • AD Connect support troubleshoot. • Automation – Azure blueprints, ARM templates Support Azure Architecture (IaaS & PaaS) • Experience of ARM (Azure) and strong PowerShell Scripting using a GIT repository. • Assist regional teams in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team • Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including materials, mockups and time necessary • Mentor and train other engineers throughout the company and seek to continually improve processes companywide • Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and complete implementation • Must be able to design & build Azure solutions, including being able to script with PowerShell. • Perform technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation, evaluate alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyse for total systems

• Providing strategic guidance and facilitating technology decisions • Executing projects using a collaborative, co-development style • Supporting cross-cloud migration work focused on core cloud infrastructure, managed services, networking, Kubernetes, databases, and CI/CD tooling across enterprise environments

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure in Google Cloud • Migrate applications from on-premise environments or other cloud providers (AWS, Azure) to GCP • Work on application modernization using containers, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies • Troubleshoot complex systems across infrastructure, networking, databases, and applications • Collaborate directly with customer teams to guide architecture and technical decisions • Build automation and infrastructure as code using modern tooling • Act as a trusted technical advisor, bringing clarity to ambiguous problems

What you’ll do: IT Operations: - Administration of Office365 (Exchange server, Active directory, Sharepoint) - Write powershell automations to improve service delivery and eliminate repetitive work - Remotely manage end user computers (laptops, desktops), ensuring up all applications are up to date - Troubleshoot application challenges Cloud Operations: - Application log management, monitoring and troubleshooting. Surfacing and discovering performance impacting trends for remediation. - Proactive identifying problem areas of a system, i.e. software bugs, misconfigurations and bottlenecks. - Incident, problem management and change management. Coordinating the incident response and service restoration. What You’ll Bring Experience: - 5+ years in IT support or systems administration - Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote setup with US-based teams - Exposure to cybersecurity practices and security hardening (NIST, CIS, or similar frameworks a plus) - 5+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS preferred) - Understanding of how to troubleshoot applications and network infrastructure - Understanding of cloud best practices Technical Skills: - Hands-on Microsoft 365 tenant administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune - Exposure to cybersecurity practices and security hardening (NIST, CIS, or similar frameworks a plus) - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, dev automation and troubleshooting - Setup and management of AWS/Azure/GCP, including network infrastructure, tenant configuration and deployment patterns.
